  • Beautiful home - attentive owners

"We stayed at Tom and Christine’s home for a week in January. What a wonderful experience. Their home is situated in a great location in Key Colony Beach as it’s steps away from Inch Beach and Sunset Park. It was very convenient to either walk around the Key or hop on one of the multiple bikes they provide for your use. We found the area to be relaxing and quiet, which we appreciated. Tom and Christine have a well maintained and beautiful place. Upon entering their home, you feel at home. The layout, furnishings and amenities are topnotch. It is obvious they take great pride in their home. We enjoyed sitting out back at the tiki hut, relaxing and watching the egrets glide over the canal....such a quiet oasis. Tom and Christine - thanks for sharing your home with us. If our travels take us back to the Keys, we would love to stay at your place again."

  • Beautifully furnished, Perfect Location

"Our family had a wonderful time at the Hammerhead Cottage! Key Colony Beach is the perfect base camp - in the middle of Marathon, great amenities (pool/beach), close to grocery/convenience stores, relaxing atmosphere and boat access to spectacular fishing. We got off to a bumpy start due to a snafu with the cleaning company. Natalie immediately took care of the issue! The cottage is beautifully furnished and decorated - Natalie has exceptional taste. The house is well-stocked with just about everything you could possibly need during your stay. We rented a boat and having the dock, cleaning table and bait freezer at the house made our fishing excursions easy and carefree. The girls even fished right off the dock, catching a nurse shark and a barracuda! We visited the Turtle Hospital (be sure to make reservations - they get busy), Sombrero Beach, and snorkeled at Sombrero Reef. Fishing was fun and we got lucky with some snapper! We'll definitely be back!"

  • Tropical Therapy at it's finest!

"Our family just returned home from a week long vacation at Tropical Therapy and had the best time ever! We docked our boat right on the back dock, had easy access to both the Bay and Atlantic sides and loved the sun rise from the back deck. Allowing us to bring our dog was another great feature of this vacation. The home was very clean, comfortable and well furnished for all of our needs. We will definitely consider this home for next summers vacation stay."

  • Lemon Drop review

"We stayed at Lemon Drop for 1 week the end of April 2016 and loved it. It was the perfect size home for my husband, myself and our college age son. The home was very clean and the bed and furniture were comfortable. The kitchen was just the right size and was stocked with all the cooking items we needed. The screened in porch was delightful with the ceiling fan and the breeze. The boat dock was perfect for our boat 18 foot and easy to get to both the Atlantic and the Gulf with a short canal drive. Each afternoon when not out on the boat we would spend it by the pool which was refreshing and there was plenty of shade not to mention may types of fruit trees in the yard. One week every year we stay in the Keys and Lemon Drop will now be our home to come to each year!"
