  • Thank you Sandy & Richard

"We had a fantastic stay at this property. The owners do a great job making you feel welcome. Also, they had the place stocked with very convenient things that would otherwise have you making an extra trip to the store.(i.e. band-aids, paper towels, sunscreen) The patio is on the upper level, which allows great views of the sunset and wildlife in and around the canals. I've stayed in more expensive properties on that exact street that weren't as nice or relaxing as this one."

  • Wonderful retreat with family

"It was our first time visiting the Florida Keys. We decided on Key Colony because of its proximity to the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic Ocean. It was wonderful. The community is peaceful and welcoming, the house was awesome, and the access to the water was perfect. The photos and description of the property does not do it justice. It is beautifully decorated, spacious, and peaceful. We fell in love with the area! The only downfall, we had to return to Georgia and go back to work. I would highly recommend this property for a family retreat."

  • Key Colony Beach gem!

"Our family of four (2 adults, 2 teenagers) spent one week in this gorgeous home. We have stayed in KCB a couple of times before, and this house is by far the nicest! The house is very spacious and beautifully decorated, with everything you need to make it your "home away from home". Located on a nice canal, with easy access out via Vaca Cut. Beautiful sunrises from the back porch, and an easy walk to Sunset Beach for beautiful sunsets. We enjoyed cooking several meals at home and eating out on the back porch. Also ate out several times - Grassy Key Outpost, Frank's Grill, Sparky's for happy hour is a must, Fish Tales, The Island Fish Company. Visited Curly's several times for a drive-through, coffee drink pick-me-up! We rented paddleboards from Curly's. Sombrero Beach is about a 10 minute drive, with bathrooms, showers, volleyball courts, covered picnic shelters and playground. Great place at Sombrero to put in paddleboards or kayaks. Key West is any easy hour or so drive south, and you must go catch a sunset. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and hopefully will be back again next Christmas!"

  • Awesome Place, Great Owner!

"We just wrapped up a week long stay at Robert's place. It was an awesome place to call "home" for the week! We really enjoy the Key Colony location, as it is a great "centrally located" spot to explore all the Keys have to offer. Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed fishing (and catching) from the dock and seeing the resident manatee a few times. The home was comfortable, updated, and had everything we needed to make some great memories. Robert is very accommodating, extremely responsive, and easy to work with. We will most definitely be staying at his home next summer for vacation again."
