  • I didn't want to leave Inn Gulfed!

"Sabrina was so accommodating and friendly to deal with. We loved the house and didn't want to leave at the end of the week! Inn Gulfed is a beautiful home with lovely beach themed decorations; very tastefully done. The furnishings were comfortable and clean and the living/dining/kitchen area is the perfect layout. We didn't want for anything in the home, everything you needed and more was there. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the mornings for coffee as well as the evenings to watch the sunset. The home is located within close walking distance to two pools and about a 5 minute walk to the beach. I was happy to have close beach access because we had our 6 month old with us and time is of the essence with babies! We would definitely return to Inn Gulfed in the future!"

  • What an amazing week in paradise!

"The 23 Palms property was the perfect vacation destination for our group of two families of four. We originally had a third family planning on staying that backed out and their would have been plenty of room. The Goatfeather fish market is about a half mile down the road and we visited every day. We found the freshest fish and had no trouble preparing anything we wanted because of the fully stocked kitchen. The beach access is literally steps away and our biggest worry all week was do we go the beach in the morning and then hop in the pool, or lounge by the pool until afternoon and then set up on the beach! The owner was very attentive and has great people working for him. The pool got a little murky on the last day, I was given the number for the pool guy and he was over fixing the issue within the hour! Best vacation destination house we have ever rented and look forward to returning in the future."

  • October 2016 Stay

"Wonderful house. We are a family of 4 and the house was a perfect size, could even hold a couple of extra kids if we were brave enough. I always like to read about details so I'll add a few. First is the location. If you've never stayed in Seaside and you look at the map, you would think this house was a bit away from the beach and town square. It is not. It's a short, lovely 4 minute walk to both. Less than 50 yards to the playground and family pool, even shorter distance to the adult pool. But the best part of this location was the lack of traffic. My 10&12 year old boys really took advantage of this on their bikes. So many places to just ride without passing cars. As much as we enjoyed the beach and other amenities, this was their favorite pastime. Back to the house-loved that the kitchen was open to the dining room and den. We had guests over a couple of nights and it was nice to be able to prep a meal and socialize at the same time. Beds are very comfortable, especially the bunks, and while"

  • Perfect!

"We loved getting to know Nina and Garrett! Garrett has written a book called "Postcards of Seagrove" about this area he grew up in. It's a great read! Our boys (1,2) loved the playhouse and pirate ship! Our 2 year old called it his home! It's a great location to get to the bike trails where you can ride to Watercolor and Seaside or Rosemary and Alys Beach. We loved having access to the Eastern Lake and ocean! Thanks for a great weekend for our family!"
