  • Looking for an amazing vacation home - look no further than "30A Family Affair"

"After staying in Watercolor for the past 10 summers, we decided to try a quieter neighborhood called Nature Walk. We were pleasantly surprised at all the amenities that Nature Walk had to offer. Only a few steps from our front door was the Gathering Place which had a clubhouse, 2 pools, and a playground for children. There is also a complimentary shuttle to the beach between Memorial Day and Labor Day. The 4 bikes came in handy when we rode through the trails to the beach and to Seaside for shopping and dining. The house was beautifully decorated and the kitchen was stocked with everything we could have possibly needed to prepare meals. The house was spacious and we liked that there was a master bedroom on both floors. The beds were extremely comfortable. There was plenty of outdoor space with seating on the large porches on both the top and bottom floors. If you are lucky enough to catch some fish on your trip, the grill in the back will be perfect for grilling the catch of the day. The house was a perfect fit for the 6 adults staying at the house but it would also be great for families with children too. The property managers answered all of our emails promptly while we were booking the trip, but we did not need to contact them during our stay because we did not have any issues. We will be back this summer and can't wait to stay at "30A Family Affair.""

  • 30A music fest

"We stayed here for the 30A music festival and the house provided everything we needed and more - very well equipped kitchen and plenty of nice fluffy towels etc. It helped that the weather was 75 degrees (in January!) and we got to use the fantastic hot tub. Also couldn't beat that a few of the musicians were staying right next door so sitting on our porch and hearing them practice was like having our own private concert :). The house is very location-friendly and close to everything we needed (in our case restaurants and music venues). I would love to come back here in the summer!"

  • LOVE this property!

"We decided to rent this property, even though its not located directly on the beach, because the beach was only about 5 minutes away and it didn't costs as much as others directly on the beach. We are SO happy we did!! This is a beautifully decorated home with plenty of room! The double master bedrooms attracted us. One on the main floor and one upstairs with a private balcony! One of the upstairs bedroom featured full size bunk beds that could sleep 4 in one room very comfortably. There was also another bedroom with double beds and a cute loft area for extra space. ALL the beds were very nice and comfortable to sleep in. We loved the kitchen being open to the family and dining areas so that we could all enjoy being together. The front porch is a great place to relax after a day at the beach. The community is really nice and features a very nice pool. We had a couple of runners with us and they enjoyed their morning runs in the community which features a really cool covered wooden bridge. We loved that a very nice Publix is close by and within minutes to get our groceries. All the activity at Seaside and Grayson Beach were also within minutes from the house. Seaside and Grayson have lots of nice restaurants, food trucks, bars, etc. We loved the Red Bar and the Growler Garage. 30A is a great area to vacation and features lots of things to do with very friendly people. We are totally go back to this area again and will be staying in this same home! The home was very clean and can say that we felt at home here!"
