  • We didn't want to leave!

"We now call this a "hidden gem" because that's exactly what it is! Of all the years my family has been vacationing on 30a, we never knew about the quaint little community this amazing home is in. We booked last minute for Spring Break and I can't believe it was open. I'm convinced there must've been a cancellation! The owners were so easy to work with and made sure we were settled in and happy upon arrival. We walked in and couldn't believe it...everything was even better than described in the listing. The home is decorated beautifully, and although could rival a picture from a magazine, you still feel like you can kick back and relax as it's very comfortable and cozy. Speaking of the décor, no detail was missed! As a matter of fact, the pictures don't quite do the home justice! 'Be Somebody' is very roomy and has all the luxuries of home, and quite possibly more. The kitchen is fully stocked. There is a grill. Leave your bikes & beach chairs at home because they even include these for guests to use, and believe me, the list goes on! The floor plan on the main level is very open making it a great area to hang out as a family. The kitchen table is perfect for hosting several for dinner or having a family game night. The couches are so comfortable you can't help but doze off! There are 2 master bedrooms, one on the main level and one upstairs. There is also a bunk room upstairs, which is perfect for kids. All bedrooms are very spacious and have comfortable beds, complete with top of the line linens and flat screen TV's. Enjoy morning coffee/evening cocktails on the southern style front porch or awesome screened in back porch, take your pick! The location: it couldn't be better. You are a short walk to the beach, and an easy bike ride to Seaside and Watercolor where some of our favorite restaurants and shops are located. We loved Be Somebody so much, we booked another week before we had even left! I'm so thankful they do rent, but if this were my home, I would probably have a hard time opening it up to renters...it's THAT amazing! We made some awesome memories with our girls and we can't wait to go back! Thank you for sharing your home Bright and Bryan."

  • Great location and value

"My family rented this condo for our vacation and to attend a wedding. The place was immaculate and easily accessible by everyone who was in town for the wedding. We were all able to have our own space but still have close family time for meals and relaxation."

  • Great house, tucked away, perfect for large groups

"Our family of 13 (11 adults + 2 children) slept comfortably in this rental for 7 days. Very clean, updated décor, large pool, spacious rooms and beds, two stories, two kitchens, plenty of room for parking and outdoor activities. Short walk to the beach and short bike ride or walk to the town of Seagrove (shopping, food, activities). Our family hasn't spent a vacation together is over 15+ years - however, the convenience and hospitality of this house has helped to start an annual vacation for all of us. We will definitely be staying here again!"

  • Beautiful property, nearby pool, bikes, everything close-by

"This is a lovely property. The pool is very close, and it's easy to spend time swimming and then run "home" for quick bathroom breaks and/or lunch. It's great for little ones! The beach is a 5 min walk or so away (if you have small kids, the beach is almost too much of a hassle as it's hard for tired kids to walk back and forth plus carry/cart all of your stuff FYI). I cannot say enough about the beauty of this little bungalow. Love the decor! We were very comfortable (although we wished the master had a king-sized bed. My son refused to sleep in the other room.) We biked everywhere, and there are easy rentals nearby if you need additional bikes or add-ons for the kids. I would highly recommend biking around Seaside and Watercolor. We had so much fun exploring those two beautiful cities! Overall, this was a great place to stay, easy check-in and check-out, great location, great price, and the concierge is very helpful!"
