  • Great family stay in Seaside

"We stayed for 4 nights here with our 3 "younger" kids.....ages 14 to 24. We were concerned about only 1 bathroom, but it worked out well, and the hot water never ran out. The house is small, but the loft area and 2 bedrooms do provide enough room for everyone. The loft upstairs is a little warm, but there are ceiling fans. We stayed here years ago when the house was owned by a friend, and there is no closing off the loft area, so privacy may be an issue. We slept in the queen bedroom downstairs, and it was comfortable, but very little space to put suitcases. The stacking laundry is in this bedroom closet. I went to bed and slept well with the dryer running, and wasn't bothered at all by heat or noise. The kitchen may be the biggest issue. It's galley style, very well equipped, but you can't open the fridge and dishwasher at the same time. I wouldn't suggest more than 5 people, even though there's sleeping space for more than that. The dining room table just fits 6, and that is tight. We would stay here again. We love Seaside and are grateful for the opportunity to have been blessed with this cottage."

  • Great Location

"My family of 8, 6 adults and 2 children, stayed here for 5 days. The location is fantastic. I was worried about the walk to the beach, but it was very short and easy. Crossing 30A is a snap as cars stop for the cross walks. The condo is beautiful and spacious. It was very clean when we arrived. The beds are incredibly comfortable. The plantation shutters keep the rooms dark enough to sleep late. I can't say enough good things about the management staff. They were very accommodating and friendly. We had an issue with the ice maker on arrival and a repair man was there in 10 minutes. It was a small issue and fixed in 5 minutes. We loved walking to The Pig restaurant for lunch, dinner and breakfast. There are many places to eat within walking distance. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. The pool is large and right in front of the condos. This will be our next vacation destination."

  • Great house for a few people. Loved the cabana area with the pool and grill.

"My 4 year daughter and I had a great time. The property was cozy and in a great condition. We enjoyed primarily the cabana area, the pool and the grill."
