  • Great property, clean and nice pool, walking distance to seaside shops

"One suggestion is to adjust where the bikes are kept. It could not be harder to access the bikes. First the door was completely stuck, and being an in-shape 40 year old I struggled for about 10 min to get it open. Next there is a giant bush that blocks the door, so getting the bikes in and out of a small door under the house with a tree in front of it was very difficult each day. Lastly the code for the lock did not work for the bikes. Again we enjoyed the place quite a bit, just the bike situation was tough. But an easy adjustment. I gave 4 starts instead of 5 just due to the bike situation cause we like to bike and it was important to us. Other than that the house was great!"

  • Great House/Great Owner

"Our group really enjoyed this house! We have stayed in several in the area- and this one had all we could ever need. We loved the heated pool- it's a great size and with the cooler temps in the spring it was great that it was heated. There is a nice grill in the backyard (totally fenced btw) that was great for cookouts. Plenty of space, and the bathroom configuration was perfect. The bunkroom is on the lowest level, with direct access to both the front door and the backyard, just keep in mind if you have "adventurous" little ones/escape artists. Loved the ice maker in the kitchen. Lots of available pool/sand toys for those with younger kids- no need to haul all of that- its already there! Big living room, with large sectional sofa- great for lounging in the evenings, there are even board games in the entertainment center. Decks are great for outside dining. Super location, close enough to Seaside to enjoy, but not in the middle of the traffic. A short 5 min, walk (you can take the "back way" and avoid the busy bike traffic) brings you to all the great restaurants and shopping, and a 1-2 min. walk leads you a great white-sand beach. Bottom line is this house is in a spectacular location, has everything you could need, and the owner is great. Don't pass this one up... you'll love it!"

  • Great house, tucked away, perfect for large groups

"Our family of 13 (11 adults + 2 children) slept comfortably in this rental for 7 days. Very clean, updated décor, large pool, spacious rooms and beds, two stories, two kitchens, plenty of room for parking and outdoor activities. Short walk to the beach and short bike ride or walk to the town of Seagrove (shopping, food, activities). Our family hasn't spent a vacation together is over 15+ years - however, the convenience and hospitality of this house has helped to start an annual vacation for all of us. We will definitely be staying here again!"

  • MS Family

"Our family of 4 has enjoyed this home for 3 summers now. Our boys call it their beach house and look forward to the pool, bunkbeds, short walk to the beach, bike rides each summer! I love talking to Cyndi - she is SO EASY to work with. I just appreciate the get away this home gives us from our fast paced life. We will return."
