  • Pictures don't do justice-August 16

"Can't say enough about how nice the condo was and dealing with the owner, the pictures don't do the condo justice very clean, and up to date, there is a washer and dryer.. The pool is short walk most of the time we had to our self, there was one small issue with sliding door they were very quick to fix. It is a very short walk to the beach. There are a few restaurants with in walking distance and one Tom thumb convenience store. Plenty of items for the beach or pool The only negative I have is not the condo but the area itself, 30 A is very crowded with cars, bikes and pedestrians if you are looking for a beach type pub/restaurant you are going to drive to it, a ways."

  • Fantastic vacation home!

"We have stayed in this neighborhood several summers in a row - absolutely love 30A, from Grayton Beach all the way to Rosemary, and the Seaside area is just fantastic. This was our first time at this home, and we'll be back for sure. This home is a 3 minute golf cart or bike ride to Seaside and Watercolor, and about 15 minutes to Rosemary, so the location is terrific. Beach access is great - 5 minute walk or two minute golf cart/bike. Don't miss Cowgirl Kitchen for breakfast, one block west of the turn into the neighborhood. The house itself is a perfect layout for family, with kids rooms on one side and the master suite on the other. Well appointed kitchen with everything you need to feel like home. We absolutely loved having the pool in the backyard and used it more than we even thought we would. Owners are very responsive to questions and have taken great care of the property. Super place to stay on a great vacation!"

  • Great location!

"We had a wonderful week at Sunrise Sunset! We have been visiting Seagrove Beach for about 7 years, and this was our family's favorite place to stay. The beach access is very convenient, and even though it was spring break, the beach was not very crowded. We loved that! We also liked all of the room in the house and the views from the third floor. We did have a couple of issues at the beginning of our stay, one major and one minor, and the management company was very quick to respond and resolve those issues. Rick was also great to work with. We would definitely stay here again!"

  • Cute condo with a nice pool & good location

"We had a great week in Seagrove Beach. The condo was very clean and tastefully decorated. We had a problem with the air conditioning and had to call the owner but he called a repairman and had it going again in a short while. We walked to the beach some but decided it was much easier to drive to the public beach access with parking & bathrooms. It was nice going on vacation after school had started back. We had no wait at restaurants and much less traffic. I love the beaches on 30A, each area has it's own unique charm. If only someone would open up an inexpensive restaurant. Who wants to cook on vacation?"
