"We rented this condo for fall break. Mike and Buffy were easy to work with and very responsive to all of our questions. The check in and check out was a breeze and the condo was clean and up to date. We really enjoyed the view and the resort was conviently located to resturants and attractions. Finally, the condo complex itself was well maintained and the grounds nicely kept. It was nice parking in a parking garage vs keeping the car out in the hot sun. We will be renting from Mike and Buffy again."

"We started off with a rough time because the fridge was completely thawed and room temperature. This turned out to be due to maid service having to super clean the fridge from the previous tenants, so not really the owners fault. We had to buy ice for 2 days to keep everything cold enough until the fridge was cold enough, but luckily didnt lose any of our groceries. The kitchen was pretty much fully stocked to use all those groceries which was nice (we did bring our own slow cooker though as that is not a normal thing to see in rental kitchens). The condo itself was perfect in size and set up for a vacation. We really enjoyed our stay!
Things to note:
-Check out the closets BEFORE you go buy beach equipment- We found chairs and boogie boards and even an extra cooler.
-If you're planning on washing clothes, bring extra laundry detergent- the washer and dryer are extra small, which meant more loads, so we ran out of laundry pods quickly and had to run to dollar general (conviently almost right across the street).
-Parking: If you are only bringing one car, your good. Its a very nice enclosed lot with a security gate. We brought 2 cars though and were told we had to park one car across the 5 lane street in a lot. Half way through our trip we noticed the complex was much less crowded so we checked with security and got permission to park both cars in the main lot the rest of the trip.
-Kids (and some adults)- The complex is a PokeStop! My 11 year old son was thrilled to find this out. All he had to do was step out the front door to get poke balls.
The whole complex was awesome, especially for the price. I totally recommend it to anyone!
One suggestion for the owner though (and one more word of advice for future guests)- The master bedroom has balacony access as well as the living room. The curtain for that access is sheer and affords no privacy if you are changing or sleeping in the master bedroom while others use the balcony from the living room. Plus, at night, the room stays bright fro the lights of the town and then when the sun starts coming up since it faces east- this room really needs a privacy or room darkening curtain of some kind.
Thanks for the great trip!"
