  • Newly renovated

"We have been staying in this condo for several years now. Recent renovations were completed in late 2016 and make this condo look and feel fresh and updated. New carpet in bedrooms, tray ceilings in kitchen and dining area, fresh paint, crown molding, king bed in master, popcorn ceilings removed, closet in second queen bedroom converted to accommodate added daybed, and new closet doors in master are all new additions to previously updated areas. There is a new 59" Samsung Smart flat screen TV in the living room and there are smaller flat screen TVs in both bedrooms. These improvements make for a very pleasant stay. The views from the living room face the ocean east towards Pier Park offering spectacular sunrises. During holidays, fireworks can be seen from the main floor balcony. The view from the master balcony faces lake Powell which is almost as beautiful as viewing the ocean. The condo is well stocked with comfortable furniture, plenty of kitchen utensils and small appliances (toaster, blender, crock pot, coffee maker, hand mixer, microwave), towels and bed linens, and usually has enough paper products and soaps to "get you started". The condo has always been very CLEAN every time we have stayed. It is situated on the PH level (top floor) which means a quiet bedroom with no footstep noises above you! The owners are eager to please and are available for any concerns that may arise during your stay. They are "locals" so are close by should they be needed. We highly recommend staying in this "quality unit"."

  • Great stay, amazing location, great price

"My wife and I stayed at Pinnacle Port in West Panama City Beach. First, the owners of this unit are great! They were very timely in their responses to availability, rental payment, providing us with all necessary details far in advance, and all information to make the check out process, check in process, and stay as smooth as possible. Questions asked while at the unit were typically answered within 15 minutes or less. Secondly, the location is fantastic! On the one side is the ocean and the other is a beautiful lakeside view. The unit is very clean with plenty of space, furniture, and niceties of home. It's close enough to enjoy Panama City (if that's your preference) but far enough away to have a quiet beachfront to enjoy. The restaurants around were all amazing, with a wide range of selections and prices, and full of flavors of the ocean and just about anything you could want. In the direct vicinity of the unit is a very nice neighborhood with beautiful beach houses, nice trees, and plenty of area to walk during a sunset or sunrise. Within minutes are the beautiful beaches, shops, residences, and scenes of Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, Seaside Beach, and 30A. Take a walk, go for a ride, eat some food, buy a few things, and enjoy yourself, you won't regret it!"

  • Great Place With Many Bedrooms

"I loved how each of the bedrooms had a luxurious bathroom of its own. The beds were comfortable, and four rooms had their own balcony. The main level had a well-designed common area for cooking, eating, and sitting around. Space for nine to sit comfortably on the sofas, more if you squeeze a bit. The house is new and fresh, and the owners have the kitchen stocked well with cooking utensils and basic needs. The one thing to be aware of is that the home is three or more blocks from the beach. Take that into account if you have small kids who night not be up for the walk. Parking is limited to three very convenient spaces right out front. I recommend Here Comes the Sun as a relaxing, upscale home near the beach for larger group that enjoy hanging out together. Great for couples for a reunion!"
