"This was the first time at the Shores, and after reading all of the negative reviews about the complex (not this unit) I was a bit skeptical, but rolled the dice anyways. I was glad that I did, the condo was very nice, the view was amazing, and overall the week long family trip was a big hit.
Shores of Panama Info:
The Shores is fairly crowded in June (as expected), and there was definitely a lot of energy in the air with people on the beach until around 11pm, music playing from the pool, lots of people with flashlights, laser pointers, etc, but while in the condo with the doors closed we were able to have quiet.
The afternoon/evening staff weren't as helpful as I would have liked, but the morning staff rocked. The biggest issue was the elevators taking forever.
The unit was located on the 6th floor with a stairwell conveniently located just out your door to the left, and came out pool side with a short poolside walk to the beach. After reading the elevator horror stories at the complex I didn't want the unit to be too high, and boy was I glad it wasn't. We had another group on the 18th floor, and they were waiting 20-30 minutes for the elevator each time, or driving up/down the parking garage. We didn't use the elevator one time, and the trek up/down the stairs wasn't bad at all. The unit came with two parking spots on the same floor, so that was nice as well. The parking garage is super tight, so anyone with a large vehicle be advised, but I managed to do it in a F250 with no issues.
The owner was extremely professional, punctual, and very easy to work with. He answered all of my questions, responded to text messages, email, and by phone. I couldn't have asked for a better host to work with, thank you.
Overall, we had an amazing trip with zero issues, and would be happy to do it again."
