"My husband, 6 year old son, and I had simply the most exquisite vacation in Dan's condo. The real thing is even better than the pictures. This resort is secluded and located perfectly in between Panama City and Rosemary Beach. We did Pier Park one day (for the rides), and then visited 30A beaches a few other nights. But we did not need to leave as there was plenty to do and enjoy at the resort. The beach was not busy and the water was as clear as glass. There were many lovely critters for the kids to find- hermit crabs, jellyfish (only a few), sand crabs, sea cucumber and sand dollars, just to name a few! Dan was SO wonderful to work with as well. Quick response and very professional. We are so sad to have to leave this beautiful place. We will be back!"

  • Great location, oceanfront, pool and cabana

"5 girlfriends stayed in this condo for a girls beach trip. We had a wonderful time. This unit is part of a 66 unit 3 story condo complex that includes a great pool, pool area and covered cabana area with very nice restrooms so you don't have to go back up to your condo. There are several outdoor charcoal grills available for use in a well lit area. The ocean views from all the units are perfect, we watched dolphins most mornings and evenings either from the beach or our covered patios. Location is great, we had stayed over on 30 A a few years and had to drive to everything, however here there is a great seafood restaurant across the street, Bayou Bills, and within very easy walking is a large grocery, pharmacy, donut shop, Waffle House and liquor store. The beach is clean, with sugar white sand. We were able to walk out a long way before it got very deep, and while we' were there the water was very clear. We could watch fish, crabs and shells that were floating at the bottom of the water. Now for the condo unit itself, it is just as the photos indicate, however you don't see the wear and tear that is pretty obvious upon arrival. Some lights didn't work, ceiling vents needed cleaned badly, and the shower control in hall bathroom was loose and fell off repeatedly. The carpeting on stairs could use a good cleaning and painting in areas would certainly give the place a fresh feel. These are all minor things and shouldn't stop you from renting this unit. The location, easy access, and well kept exterior property are worth your trip. You won't be sorry, I know we all hated to leave."

  • Great condo. Great view!

"Great condo with a perfect view from the balcony. Gated community. A few minutes away from the city. But, we loved the private beach. Right beside a state park. Pool, gym, tennis court's, basketball goal. A nice restaurant within walking distance. Good price if you have a group of people. Enjoyed my stay and hated to leave. I will be going back."

  • THE place to vacation!

"This was the second time we've stayed in one of Lisa's condos .... because of her great service and properties, we hope to keep coming back! We don't leave the beach condo much, except for some shopping. Lisa's condos allow us to cook-in, enjoy the private balcony in the mornings watching the Gulf and the eves watching the sunset, step onto the clean, uncrowded beach for the day, and get a quiet nights rest listening to the waves! C3 is the building to stay in at Pinnacle Port because the undeveloped land next to building makes it feel like a private beach. Lots of parking, large charcoal grilling shelter with tables. Short walk to small pool and short walk to large pool/deck near the Tower condos. This top floor condo is awesome: fully-stocked (and I mean FULLY) kitchen with lots of counter space for cooking and enjoying meals in the condo. Dining table seating 6 comfortably. Living room allows you to look out wall length window and sliding glass doors to balcony and the Gulf. Private Balcony faces the west for beautiful sunsets. Master bedroom has lots of storage, a comfortable king bed and large window facing the beach. Master bath has long, 2-sink counter/mirror, large shower (with a tall shower head!), water pressure is decent and lots of hot water!!! Second bedroom has large closet, dresser and window facing the back of the condo that overlooks the bay. It’s bathroom has full sized tub/shower and large vanity. Small utility room with storage and small washer/dryer: both worked well. AC was excellent. Cell phone reception was good, WIFI signal was good with average speed. The elevator works fine, and when there is a problem it is fixed fast!"
