  • Nice, clean house in quiet neighborhood

"My family and I stayed here for 3 weeks. It was a nice, comfortable house that was large enough to provide us all our own space to relax. When we first arrived, the television didn't offer a variety of channels, but once we spoke with the owner, he upgraded his service right away. Quiet neighborhood. The only bad thing was the bbq was broken, we could have bought charcoal to use but that takes too long. I think this house was a great deal for the price and would recommend it to others."

  • Quiet location and Character to Spare

"We found this property on Cuscowilla a nice fit for our trip. The views across the 13th green are wonderful and framed by hanging vines. As promised the upstairs bedroom worked great for a pack-n-play and offered some seclusion for the littlest one of our group. However, we did find a good number of cobwebs and that the jetted tub was not functioning. I think this was due to a circuit being blown as the vanity outlets also did not function in the master bath. All easy things to fix and wouldn't keep us from renting again. The description is correct in that 3 couples could use the house. But practically only one of those couples is going to be able to have children as the bunk room is attached directly off the 2nd floor bedroom. However, a pack in play could also be setup in the office if the baby was a heavy sleeper. We enjoyed our stay, the area golfing (Cuscowilla is probably the nicest course in the area and probably the most expensive as well), the water and the shopping in nearby Greensboro. The pool is great for families but will cost you an extra $5 per person for each visit. It's our understanding that the club does not always collect this fee, but for our visit we had to pay each day. I think this home could also make a great winter location with the fireplaces and hot tub. So don't rule it out for a cold weather getaway."

  • close to convention and downtown, secure building

"This is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in downtown Atlanta. It was a perfect fit for our group--family with 2 children and grandparents. We were able to walk to convention center while our family was able to walk to nearby attractions (coca cola, aquarium, children's museum). The owner was very helpful and went above and beyond to help us with forms for work reimbursement as well as helping us with parking--always a challenge in downtown Atlanta. There is laundry in the basement. The building has 24 hour security. At times they got a little busy (like during checkin) but overall they were very helpful and nice. I would certainly recommend this property!"
