  • Best House on the Island!!!

"I really cannot say more than what everyone has already said about this home. We rented this house last minute for a work seminar and plan to rent the house every year from here on out. The pictures of the living room and kitchen views of the beach does not do it justice - it was incredible and far exceeded our expectations. The house was clean, beautiful and was well-stocked from kitchen supplies to bikes to pool floats. We used Uber to travel into town for dinner one night and it was super easy and a fast trip. On top of everything, the property owner Diane and property manager Ken were excellent to work with and responded to questions/requests within minutes. Thanks again for a fantastic trip!"

  • Such a unique home! Loved the furnishings! Very user friendly.

"Thanks MIke and Debbie for making this such a comfortable home. The decorating was beautiful. Loved the big deck out back. The complimentary bottle of wine was a nice surprise. We loved it so much we ended up staying one extra night. Beach access was easy once we figured out the trail. You couldn't ask for a better location. Close to all the restaurants yet when at the house you feel tucked away. Can't express how much fun we had. We would recommend this rental to anyone and everyone!"

  • Great location, quiet street on St. Simon Island, five to ten minutes bikeride to see everything

"We spent spring break with our family on St. Simon Island. The house is on a quiet street, not fully developed with two lots for sale across the street. The house is lovely as pictured, just a block to the beach (you walk or bike 3/4 a block then through a grassy field and over a dune to get to the quiet and expansive East Beach). East Beach was a lot of fun for us because we're a bicycling family, and you could ride your bike up and down the beach. The entry point is quiet and pristine, but you could easily bike down to the busier beach area near the old Coast Guard Station. The house is also less than 1/2 a block from a gorgeous marsh. I think the marshes may have been my favorite part about this area. This was the first time we've ever traveled with a pet, and not only was the house pet friendly (back gates and fences were completely pet escape proof) but the entire town of St. Simon was INCREDIBLY pet friendly. There were a lot of dogs all around town and on the beaches. Inside the house, there was absolutely everything you would need for a vacation. The owners thought of absolutely all possibilities for your vacation. Laundry room was so efficient and clean. Bedrooms were very comfortable. Bathrooms were really nice, especially the master bedroom. There was a television in every room if that's your thing. The main living area television had a cord that we were able to hook up to our computer to watch Netflix and Amazon, which was really appreciated, since we don't like sitting through commercials. The screened in porch was great (patio furniture upholstery had seen better days but we just put beach towels or blankets down over it during our stay). There were chairs by the pool (note it isn't heated if you're there in spring), extra beach towels and plenty of pool and beach toys. We even found a crabbing net in the garage that we were able to take down to the dock to try to catch crabs (no such luck but we had fun trying). I would highly recommend the house. It was comfortable and felt luxurious without being overtly so where you had to worry you were going to damage something. Our family had fun exploring St. Simons and also nearby Jekyll Island which is an amazing place to go and ride bikes for a day! Thank you!"
