Hodnett Cooper is pleased to present this fabulous, four-bedroom beach house located just steps to the beach.  4323 Thirteenth Street is furnished in both contemporary and shabby chic beach cottage décor, and is conveniently located in the desirable East Beach community.

The entire home is spacious and bright! With an open concept floor plan, you will have plenty of room for entertaining or enjoying time with your family. The large kitchen features an island with seating for four, stainless appliances, and a gas stove. The adjacent open dining room has seating for six. The living room has a large couch, 2 large chairs, and two window seats.

With a large screen-in porch with seating for four, another open porch with rocking chairs, and a loft with two oversize chairs that convert to twin beds and a flat screen TV, you won’t have trouble finding a great spot to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze. There are TV's and internet throughout the house! For fun family entertainment you can play a lively game of ping pong or enjoy the 80’s style video arcade games in the game room on the ground floor.

This home is conveniently located within steps of the 13th Street and Gould’s inlet public beach access points and a beach cart is provided for your convenience! |

This four-bedroom home has one gorgeous master suite with a king size bed and a large master bathroom complete with soaker tub, large tiled shower, and double vanity sinks. The guest’s rooms are also well appointed, one with a queen size beds, one with a King and one with two twin size beds. There are also bathrooms for each guest room, your guests will love that. For your added convenience you have access to an elevator that operates from the ground floor to the top floor! |

Family vacation 2024

House was newly built and very well appointed. We had plenty of space for our family to spread out. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for cooking and serving. We were there during hurricane Debby and were so glad to have the pool and ping pong table for entertainment. We stumbled upon a few convenience items for the beach that we did not know would be there but were appreciated - a beach wagon and a few beach items like shovels, etc. We used our credit from Hodnett Cooper for bike and chair rentals and the items were there when we arrived and were picked up the morning we left, which was so convenient. We love St. Simons and East Beach. We have been coming to the island for decades and will be back again in a few years. We have stayed in many different places but really liked this house.

Almost perfect…

This home is gorgeous and well appointed. The photos do not do it justice. It is practically brand new, organized and clean. The amazing game room is icing on the cake. It is incredibly close to the beach and the neighborhood is top notch, My only complaint was what was next door. Every bedroom overlooks a mess of a backyard, which can be a little shocking if you aren’t prepared. That being said, those particular neighbors were relatively quiet. We would book this home again with no hesitation.

Well Stocked Kitchen

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, which was super fantastic, as our family usually eats in every night. There is an extra refrigerator on the bottom level which was fantastic as extra space for drinks and leftovers. There is a pool table AND a ping pong table, which our group enjoyed every single night. There is plenty of space to spread out on the back screened in patio or the front porch. We had a golf cart, which made getting around much easier. If you rent this house, I would highly suggest renting a golf cart, as it made quick trips back and forth to the beach house much easier - especially for our senior relatives. We had two minor issues while visiting and both issues were resolved ASAP, within a few hours of contacting the property management groups. We would definitely stay here again.

The house is beautiful and laid out well. Kitchen utensiles and accessories were way beyond expectations. One strong suggestion- the bedroom with 2 twin beds would be much better if one of the beds was a full size bed to accomodate a couple wanting to sleep together. Also needs small chest/drawer .

Space for all

Family of eight adults stayed the week. This house offered plenty of space for everyone and a quick walk to the beach. We all enjoyed the large kitchen. Only complaint is we were provided one towel each but house does have laundry.

We Had A Ball

The house was whistle clean, well equipped for cooking and barbeque. Bathrooms were sparkling, bedrooms also. We used the pullouts as bed for the a 12 and 14 year old. Plenty of room as the bedrooms have solid doors and the shared bath is easily accessible. Our family ranged from 6 to 81, with two 70+ year olds plus 4, 40+year olds. We all had a great time, testing and enjoying various East side beaches, eating in and out, ordering in. Terrific time. I would take the same house again. Response to an AC and electrical condition was prompt and courteous. Hodnett Cooper personnel were courteous and efficient. All in all, a memorable and enjoyable 3 generation experience.

House is great, but too much noise on street!

We loved the house, and everything is set up beautifully inside. Wonderful location in east beach so close to the beach. We bring our family every year so we were familiar with the charm of East Beach in SSI. Unfortunately it was not as relaxing as we had hoped. There were 2 issues: one was new construction directly across the street. So every day there was noise from a generator blasting from 7am - 5pm. Sort of ruined our morning coffee on the porch. And nobody could be outside on the front porch or screened porch because the noise was so loud. The other issue is the duplex house next door. Automobiles and bath tubs deserted in the front and back yard. A huge hole in the roof. We were woken up at 3am a couple of nights from loud arguments, and one night from somebody playing loud music working on a truck in the front yard. If I would have known about the problems with the specific location- construction noise, and house next door, I would have picked another home in east beach for our family vacation.

Just as Described

Exceptionally clean home and considerably better-stocked kitchen than any place we have ever stayed! Very close to beach. Had a wonderful week. Would suggest management checks grill propane level regularly as when we went to use it was out but few if any other negatives. So much room for 7 of us! Would definitely rent again. Great Location!!!

Beautiful home, close to beach

Beautiful property! We were there for a girls week, 6 of us fit very comfortably and the walk to the beach was only 5 minutes!

Wonderful!

This property was absolutely gorgeous and had everything we needed. There was plenty of space for my family and everyone had their own bathroom. The wagon was clutch for beach trips (which is just a block away) and we enjoyed the game room downstairs as well. It was also nice to be able to park our vehicles in the garage. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic house! Perfect in every way. New, top of the line appliances, tv’s, furniture. Very handy having garage room for 3 cars. Perfect 4 br, 4 ba for 4 guys playing in a golf tournament. Can’t think of anything that could have better!

The open house floor plan was nice

The house was very nice and spacious. Very clean, big kitchen , side screened in porch was roomy. It was nice to have at least 2 king size beds in the house. It was great to have each bedroom have it’s own bathroom. There were more steps inside and outside of the house than I planned on but we made it work for my husband that has bad knees
