  • Great Location and Wonderful Place

"I was a little worried after reading the review prior to our arrival. My worries were for nothing. The place is exactly as described. It was clean and tastefully decorated in a tropical theme. It is very spacious and we were very comfortable. Barbara was responsive to my questions. The location was convenient. The pool and hot tub were very nice and there were two in the complex so it wasn't over crowded. It was a short walk to both Queens Market and Kings Shopping center. I would highly recommend this rental. It exceeded our expectations."

  • Amazing Corner Unit - Wonderful Owners

"My wife and I stayed here for two weeks in early December. We have been to the Big Island around 20 times and love the Waikoloa area. The unit itself is amazing. Way more room than we needed - but we are excited about bringing our children on a future visit. The location at the very end of the complex is very private and secluded. So that was wonderful. It is located adjacent to a tee box on the golf course - which makes for some fun viewing during the day. The owners are wonderful - they went out of their way to help with everything we needed. Very responsive and helpful. The pictures of the unit show exactly what you will find in the unit. Having the beach toys and equipment is wonderful - no rental needed. We would highly recommend this unit and these owners. Thanks for a wonderful stay on the beautiful Big Island!"

  • Perfect Location for Hawaii Vacation

"This is a well maintained condo in a very convenient location. The unit is private and only steps from the pool. The upper balcony off the master bedroom is equipped with 2 very comfortable chaise lounges - loved this! The kitchen was the best equipped we've ever had in a vacation property. This was our first trip to the Big Island and we certainly lucked out finding this property. We were 4 adults and 3 pre-teen children and never felt crowded - lots of room for everyone to have their own space. Sherry was a delight and so very helpful. The property is exactly as pictured. All the beach toys you could wish for are to be found in the private garage, another nice feature. It's only minutes to walk to the Queens Marketplace where you can find all your daily necessities (including Starbucks). There is a beach quite close by (be sure to visit the LavaLava Club on this beach), however our favourite beaches were Hapuna and Mauna Kea - they go forever with clean white sand and warm blue water. Saw several turtles swimming by. We would certainly stay here again. Mahalo J. Marshall, Okotoks, Alberta"

  • Relax in style

"This was our second visit to this condo and we hope to come back soon. The location is so convenient to everything that Waikoloa Beach Resort has to offer. We took advantage some of the restaurants at the Waikoloa Hilton... Lunch at the lagoon cafe for Ono fish and chips which I recommend. Pizza at Dona and Tony's for a perfect view of the sunset. We also played the "putt putt " 18 hole course. It is half price after 3 p.m. We had the opportunity to go on a whale watch out of A-bay with Ocean Sports where we had to stop for 40 minutes because the whales were so close....Amazing! Things that we liked about the condo itself were ------ the outdoor kitchen, proximity to the pool and workout room, the well kept grounds, well equipped kitchen, having a washer and dryer, and two bathrooms since there were two couples sharing the villa. We took advantage of the local farmers markets, entertainment ((free hula performances, and Hawaiian music at both the Queen and King shops), The Blue Dragon Restaurant also offers music with dining. (About 10 miles north) Waikoloa is north of busy Kona which was another plus for us. Nice beaches are close by. Make sure you stop at Costco for groceries if you plan a week or so visit since it is so nice to sit and eat outside on the lanai in the mornings and evenings. I would recommend this villa to friends. The owners are great to work with and respond to emails in a timely manner."
