"My family and I stayed at this beautiful, nicely decorated condo in october. The condo is extremely clean and very well-maintained. The location is perfect - shops and restaurants nearby but just far enough way to wake up to birds singing and the stillness of the morning. Condo is very spacious and comfortably accommodated four of us. Condo is stocked with everything you need. We look forward to staying here again on our next trip!"

  • Beautiful Spacious Condo

"We arrived late in the evening of our 7 night stay, check in directions were clear, and condo was easy to find and immaculate upon our arrival. The unit is very spacious, furnishings and bedding clean and comfortable. The Pool view from the Lanai is very relaxing. The kitchen is well equipped for those who to eat in. In unit Washer and Dryer very handy, and the grounds of this complex are well maintained and beautiful. Upscale shopping center very close by with many dining and shopping choices, downtown Kona an easy 6-10 minute drive. Local Farmers Market was within walking distance and worth a visit. We were very pleased with this property and would highly recommend it !"

  • Great Place to Stay

"We really enjoyed the location of this condo, close to Kona and Cook. It was quiet, peaceful, in walking distance to the Sheraton where we enjoyed a great Luau. Also within walking distance to Rays on the Bay. Loved that it was on the top floor with a great view of the pool/hottub and further out, the ocean sunsets. Really liked the vaulted ceiling which made the space seem even more open and roomy."

  • Peaceful well-appointed adult retreat

"Wow - what a great vacation! Pat gave us such good communication before, during, and after. When we arrived there was a nice note from the local property manager and some chocolate macadamia nuts - nice touch. Everything was clean and there were plenty of condiments and starters for cooking in the full kitchen. It was super quiet and peaceful overlooking the golf course and you can see the ocean to some degree. We did not use the pool or even see many golfers so it was mostly to ourselves though we can see the other units wet obviously occupied. We were less than a mile from a good sized shopping center with a grocery store, movie theater, and several bars and restaurants. We only went to one of them (L&M Hawaiian BBQ) and it was good for lunch. About 1.75 miles away is the beach, with good snorkeling and boogie boarding and plenty of parking. It was about a 2 hour drive to the Volcanoes National Park which had some great hikes, and it was maybe 75 minutes to the visitors center at Mauna Kea where the stargazing was awesome. Downtown Kona was maybe a 10 minute drive. Cons: it would be tough to see what the Big Island has to offer without a car. We are car people anyway so this wasn't a problem for us, but it could be for you. The bus service is cheap ($2 all the way to Hilo!) but it runs more or less on island time. Also, this unit has no AC and got warm, particularly in the afternoons. Pat has provided several floor fans and most rooms have ceiling fans and even the front screen door locks where you can try to get a cross breeze. This was December, and I wonder what it might be in July or August. Sleeping was fine and mornings were great, but afternoons were a bit warm. Security deposit was also returned within a week of us leaving the unit. If I were coming back to the Big Island in the winter, I would definitely connect with Pat! Mahalo!"
