Vacation rentals near Kona Brewing Company

Lived up to billing, well appointed and clean. Great to be situated over the black rocks with the surf crashing in while watching a beautiful sunset.

We have stayed at many houses in the Islands over the years and we consider this one to be the best! The setting is ideal with expansive ocean views and beautiful landscaping. Kona is around 10-15 minutes away so there are lots of places to eat within easy reach. The house is well equipped, everything has instructions and the owner is available anytime to help if needed. This was an important anniversary for us and we were looking for seclusion which this property certainly provides!

We have stayed in the East and this time around, the West suite. No difference and the view and its surroundings are exactly the same and truly stunning.There is some needed updates of the kitchen utensils but this is not as important. Paul and Kay is a very thoughughtful host and we value their hospitality and accommodation. It is a perfect place to those who wish to claim peace and treasure God's wonderful creations. This condo is exactly like the pictures. It is updated and clean. The view from the lanai is incredible. We were able to see whales and spinner dolphins as well as surfers. The location is ideal for walking to restaurants and stores. The owners kept in contact with us and have provided all the necessities for a comfortable stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely Fabulous! My husband and I and our 3 kids, 29, 30, 31 and their partners. They gave me their feedback haha. There was so many plates and dishes and there was everything that we could ever need. And I had to say that first because our oldest is always travelling and she said that she doesn't always find that. You just had to open a cupboard or drawer and there was what you needed. The location is fantastic and only 10 min away from a fun night life. Rachel was always available to answer any questions we had. 10 out of 10 for us!

We had a wonderful time staying at Billy and Berta's lovely cottage. They were great hosts. The cottage had everything we needed and more…we watched beautiful sunsets on many nights from the lanai… Thanks for the most enjoyable 11 days!!

Condo is exactly as pictured - very nice, clean, well-equipped and with a gorgeous view (especially at sunset!). Owners were very responsive; for example there was no kettle in the apt. and they delivered a brand new one within a couple of hours of our asking. While no direct access to ocean, the “beach” seating area was lovely. Area where the complex is located is ok - but be prepared to drive everywhere.
