  • Beyond our expectations

"When you book a holiday property on the other side of the world you take a lot on trust, pictures and desciptions can be misleading. When we arrived at the property, after a horrendous 40 hour journey, we were overjoyed to find that everthing was as described only better! The Condo is fully equiped with everthing you could possibly need and it is set in the most beautiful surroundings. There is so much space around the building and the gardens are extensive and immaculately maintained. There are numerous restaurants and shops within a short walk and the beach is a 5 minute stroll through the grounds, and what a beach! Beautiful golden sand as far as you can see. Negatives? .......... cannot think of any. We fully recommend this property and would like to thank Lisa for sharing her little piece of paradise. Jane & Brian, Maldon, UK"

  • a perfect spot to relax

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ekahi 38B delivered exactly as promised! I've been coming to Maui for over 35 years now - many times staying at the various hotels along the Wailea strip and other times staying at a property my family used to own. This year I wanted to try something different and chose Ekahi 38B. I loved how quiet and perfectly positioned it is...right near the beach, Wailea shops and other hotels, but just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the often busy hotel strip. The condo was quite clean with lots of extra bed linens, towels, etc. If you're looking for a bit more space, many more amenities than a hotel (full kitchen, washer/dryer, free parking, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc.), then Ekahi 38B is a good match. You will also get some good excercise walking back up to the condo from the beach or pool. The property manager was very helpful both pre and during my stay, making the experience even more positive. I will definitely recommend this property to anyone I know planning a visit to Maui and I personally will return to Ekahi 38B next year."

  • Just what we needed

"Ekahi Village was the perfect stay for our family with small children. The pool was a short walk but pleasant walk from our unit with convenient access to the beach. A little uphill on the way back, but easy to do. The gardens are beautiful! Out unit was clean with a well equipped kitchen and overall exactly as listed. The dining and living area is carpeted which is a bit worrisome with messy eaters. Luckily the the lanai also has a dining area and we preferred to eat outside. Helen (the owner) responded promptly to emails and accommodated us on a late check out and also recommended a company to rent a baby crib and high chair from. I would recommend this property to friends and relatives!"

  • Paradise truly, a must stay!

"Our first time at Ekahi Village, arriving very late, we were unsure of the check in procedures but were kindly reassured by the owner, Sonya. The unit is spacious, clean and comfortable. 'Homey' in the way it has been decorated with lovely vases from around the world and wall of fiction and non fiction reading, if you desire. The lanai in the back is private and is perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Steps away is the 3rd pool, which is not busy, so it seems very much like a private pool to enjoy from 7am to 10pm. The property is magnificent, the landscaping, the natural fauna and flora in 35 acres, nothing neglected, everything is just perfect. I was snapping pictures all the time. This was a wonderful stay in Wailea! Other than the noisy birds that wake too early (only deterrent) we will definitely be returning back. Mahalo. Monica"
