  • Very clean condo- well equipped.

"This condo surpassed my expectations. It was equipped with everything one could need for their vacation including hair dryer, cooler, beach chAirs, surfboard, boogie boards, snorkel gear, rafts, washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen, more towels then you could ever use, fans and plenty of books! Our family was very comfortable in this clean condo. The only reason I didn't give it the fifth star was the distance from the beach. It is a ten minute walk to the beach simply because the paths are very windy and hilly. On days we simply couldn't wait to get there we just drove 2 minutes to the public lot next to the beach. Also, the beachside pool was beautiful and well stocked as well! We had access to the ice maker at the pool house as well as the stoves and refrigerators. The pool was heated and there is plenty of lounge chairs and tables. We were able to see whales right from our lounge chair. The beach here is perfect as well. Plenty of sand and a quick walk to the Wailea beach path. Just beautiful!"

  • Great home base in Maui

"Pat was very helpful and accommodating before our arrival. Wailea is a beautiful part of Maui, lots of golf courses and manicured lawns. The complex is next door to the Andaz and down the street from the Marriott, Grand Wailea, Four Seasons and the Fairmont. For what I'm sure was a fraction of the price, we had access to nearly the same beaches. The condo looks exactly as advertised. Some of the things we really appreciated about the condo was having two full bathrooms, a washer/dryer, beach chairs and umbrella and a fully stocked kitchen. We never ended up using the pool but it was nice to have access to the facilities. Wailea is also very close to Kihei which has lots of inexpensive restaurants. We would recommend booking in Wailea Ekahi."

  • We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary in this lovely unit ....

"We spent 10 relaxing days in 23C, and enjoyed its close proximity to the beach. It was stocked with everything we needed for our daily "beach time", including towels, chairs, umbrella, insulated cooler and ice packs. It took only minutes to walk down to the pool area with gate access to the beach -- no need to load everything in the car and drive down. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained, and we spent quite a bit of time on the lanai, enjoying the view and the beautiful surroundings. We dined on the Lanai for all breakfasts and almost half of our lunches and dinners, taking in the beauty of the ocean. There were a couple of housekeeping requests that we made, and have every confidence that the owner will have them taken care of in short order, as the owner was very responsive and helpful. (His responses promoted this unit to a 5-star.)"

  • Condo in Paradise - E komo mai

"This was our fifth time to Maui but our first time in Wailea. As usual I did much research but there's always a leap of faith when renting a condo. After a long day of travel and Avis managing to misplace my car, we finally arrived. From the first turn of the key this condo exceeded our expectations. The condo was clean and well appointed with interesting artwork on the walls. We especially liked the floorplan and it has three lanais (patios). The main lanai has a gas grill. The condo is in a quiet area of the overall property. We liked that the pool was very close and yet secluded. Parking was close and easily accessible. Lisa goes out of her way to make sure you have everything you need and she includes recommendations on restaurants and other activities. There's a nicely stocked book shelve, including several guides on Maui hiking trails which we used for our day trips on the island. The property is ideally located in Wailea on beautiful Keawakapu Beach and is within walking distance of various restaurants and shopping. You will enjoy the absolutely stunning beach and can walk for miles in each direction. We snorkeled and boogie boarded as much as possible. The beach never really got crowded. You will not fully appreciate this until you take a drive north into Kihei and you will see the mass of humanity crowding the Kam I, II and III beaches! The pool facilities were clean and well maintained and the grounds crew does an excellent job. Make sure you find the lime tree and pick one to enjoy. Mahalo nui loa to you Lisa for your hospitality and such a beautiful condo!"
