  • Magical Time with Family

"Cannot beat the beachfront location. What a beautiful view of the beach. However, it is right by a public access area and couple days people set up a tent right in front of the yard (we are right on the beach - yard grass, short fence, then sandy beach) but no biggie plenty of space. If you're used to luxury accommodations and pampering, this place isn't for you. No dishwasher, no auto ice maker, no a/c. It can get warm but when you open all the windows and turn on all the fans it is quite pleasant. Simple living, great bonding time with me, wife and 2 adult children 20/22. Doing the dishes together for the 1st time and drying and eating breakfast/dinners on the picnic table in the backyard with the incredible ocean view made for some memorable conversations and memories with the kids. Easy place to get to from Honolulu airport and within striking distance to any of the other spots to visit in Oahu so made for a great location for a home base. We have quite the active family so we did alot. My son spearfishes and he just walked out onto the beach into the ocean and did his thing. Pipeline and Waimea Bay up the road 10 minutes so great place to see big surf in the winter. As we were there 1st week of June 2016; water was nice and tranquil and fairly cool but easy to get used too. Owner/managers very easy to work with and gets things done for you. Nice having access to a washer and dryer. House is fully furnished and stocked. Grocery/Drug store in Haleiwa 5 minutes away so if you need anything easy to get to. A must to have a car to get around. Love the place and will be back. Mahalo & Peace, RP"

  • Absolutely LOVED it!!!!

"Aloha, The vacation rental is as stated.. clean, full of amenities, and and the location was absolutely perfect. Auntie Gina and Uncle Nester made my family and I feel very welcome and were there to answer any questions we had during our stay. They are two of the sweetest people in Hawaii and showed TRUE Aloha to us. My Family and I will definitely come back and stay here again and again. Mahalo Gina and Nester for your hospitality."

  • Amazing!

"My husband and I rented this house for two weeks for our wedding. We had 8 adults and one baby and there was more than enough room! Waking up and sitting on the lanai watching the ocean was the best feeling ever. The house was in perfect condition and VERY clean (thank you, Tricia). Everything worked well and there was plenty of seating for everyone. The communication with Rai was fast and easy! We would highly recommend staying here! The pictures didn't do the house justice! Enjoy!!"

  • You will not get better than this!

"My wife and i celebrated our thirty third wedding anniversary by making first ever trip to Oahu from our home in NZ We stayed for a week on the North Shore at the Hula House and were blown away by the beauty and peacefulness that is so definitive of this spot. We were rocked to sleep with the sound of the surf and gentle winds through the windows left open (no bugs or mosqitoes!) The Hosts were superb. So friendly and accommodating with very prompt communication and helpful in getting us through the preliminary arrangements. We were looked after as if we were royalty. I was super blessed to get a really great week of surf at Sunset Point and the host (great surfer and very humble guy) even helped me with local knowledge on the break and heaps of hints in negotiating one of the worlds most awesome surf breaks . We loved riding the bikes every day, swimming at all the sheltered spots close by, drinking Kona coffee (yummmm!) and having the most relaxed and soul restoring holiday ever! We would love to come back next year and bring our whole family."
