  • Great location and property

"I've been in this property with my parents and my gf for 1 week and I couldn't be more happy. The beach is gorgeous. If you enter the beach and walk a few steps on the left you'll find a great spot to surf. We've been here in late September and we met overall probably 10 people total in the whole week in that beach. Absolutely gorgeous. To be precise the house is not beach front. In order to reach the beach you've to walk through the backyard of another tenant. But the ocean is so close that you can hear the waves crashing on the beach. The house has 2 bedrooms. One has A/C and is quite large with a lot of storage for clothes. The other one is much smaller with no A/C and no other furniture than two little bed stands. To compensate there is plenty of room for clothes in a walk-in closet just outside the door. The kitchen is large, has an electric stove and provided with a decent amount of kitchen appliances. The front yard is beautiful. There's a large tree that covers the entrance and there is a table with chairs and a bbq. The sink has a crack but it works perfectly (I noticed the crack after several days). Wifi works well in the large bedroom, not so well in the living room, but hey ... who cares about the Internet in Hawaii ? Overall 5 star. I'll definitely recommend this to my friends."

  • Beautiful Home - Basket of Heaven

"The house is so phenomenal. It is even prettier in person. It is roomy and cozy all at the same time. The layout is perfect. 4800 SF of lusciousness! I love that each bedroom has it's own bathroom and lanai. It was more than enough room for all 8 of us whether we wanted to hang out together or have some quiet time. We had breakfast and dinner together most every day. We loved having breakfast out on the wrap around porch. The property itself is so amazing because it has coconuts, limes, avocados, bananas, and papayas. Plus the landscaping is so well taken care of that we enjoyed just hanging out in the yard. There were beautiful birds, funny chickens, and happy roosters. The pool is wonderful and refreshing. It is the perfect setting because it is close to everything but set back enough to enjoy nature. The ocean is right across the street. You can walk to the beaches. If you go out from the house to the right.....you can stroll along the beautiful beaches and enjoy the scenery. Just keep your eyes on the ocean. The water can come in quick. For swimming, you can also go to the beaches to the left. You can walk or drive to Shark's Cove. It's right across from the food trucks next to FoodLand. The water felt wonderful, the views are magnificent, and the sun felt so warm. We got to see some amazing surfing. So cool! We went Whale Watching, Hang gliding (Mr. Bill's), watched the perfect sunset at Turtle Bay Resort Club, and had an unforgettable experience at the Polynesian Cultural Center. There are so many great places to eat but most days we cooked in the ginormous gourmet kitchen. We also did a lot of shopping. There are tons of great places to walk through. Many unique items in Waliema and a lot of little shops near the Polynesian Cultural Center. Michael is the perfect host. He made sure that we got into the house and gave us great tips on where to eat. We had a question about the wi-fi and he answered us immediately. The property was so relaxing that we felt like we were home. We will never ever forget our vacation there and we plan to come back in another year. If we could rate it higher than 5 stars we would."

  • Brilliant Location and Lovely Condo

"My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here at this very comfortable condo. The location of Haleiwa Surf cannot be beaten. Great for just sitting on the beach, perfect for watching the sunset, an easy walk to town and plenty of turtles to snorkel with. I would highly recommend staying here and do hope to return. It was our first visit to Oahu and I think the North Shore is the place to be. Suzanne was fun to chat with and a great help for recommending local restaurants etc. The condo was clean, attractive and had all the things we would need including the beach chairs that we used everyday."

  • Perfect in Every Way!

"I have to say that this was the most impressive home and location I have ever been in. All of the rooms except for one had ocean views. There were plenty of fans for each of the 7 couples to feel comfortable. Although we only had 14 in our party, the home could easily accommodate more. Outside of the 7 separate bedrooms we used, there were two larger common areas with a total of 6 beds between them. The kitchen was beautiful, the living area was above anything I expected, and the patios had the most spectacular views of the sunset. Shark's cove is within walking distance and we spent nearly every morning snorkeling that beautiful bay. The beach, although not private, felt in every way that it was. During it's busiest days we only ever shared it with between 15 and 20 people spread out across about a 1/4 mile. Many local eateries and hot-spots very close to the property. As we ate breakfast on the patio each morning we often caught glimpses of the passing dolphin pods. I would recommend this to anyone and plan on staying here again."
