  • Picture Perfect!

"First and foremost this place is really underrated and if I had to rate it I would give it a 20/10. The place is a hidden gem in the Historical town of Haleiwa. It is walking distance to various Food spots like Giovanni's (5-10 min walk or 3 min drive), Kono's (5-10 min walk or 3 min drive) Macky's (10-15 min walk or a 5 min drive), and Mastsumoto Shaved Ice (5-7 min walk or a 3 min drive) just to give you an Idea how this North Shore spot is LEGIT! Waimea beach is literally a 10 min drive from here and the Dole plantation is about the same from the oppostite direction. The place Is a little tricky when you first get there but it's worth it (like I said it's a hidden gem)! Upon my arrival (which I came earlier) Luciana Greated me and told me that the rooms are almost ready and if they get done earlier, then they can let us in. Not even 5 mins later she let us into one of the finish rooms and we ate our food in there. The Pictures do not do justice to the place and I would definitely stay here again. Full Kitchen, Fridge, Dining area, Living room, 3 full baths, 3 rooms, and the icing of the cake Air Conditioning! Not more you can ask when you're on vacation. I look forward to my next adventure at Zen Villa! If you are looking for a place in North Shore this is your spot! Veronica and Luciana, you Girls rock and they were in constant communication throughout our vacation! Best, Vince"

  • The property was very nice and provided all of the essentials I needed and more.

"I had made this booking for a work trip I had. Even though I came with a work focused mentality, this house made it incredibly easy to relax and enjoy the natural beauties of Hawaii. The adjacent beach was nearly void of all other people and the surf has large spans that didn't have any dangerous rocks (something that can be tricky to find at the North Shore). We were incredibly close to a grocery store and large amount of food trucks which made getting a bite to eat very easy. The house was stocked with all the necessary cooking utensils I needed and provided many more if you were interested in some serious cooking. I highly recommend this rental and appreciate Tim and his family for providing it."

  • Great place to stay in the North Shore!!

"We had a great time at Kurt"s studio. It is very quiet, clean and homey. Kurt has thought of everything. The address and instructions on the studio included local places to eat and things to do. We used the bikes he provided and the beach on equipment on many occasions. We would definitely stay again!!"

  • A true North Shore experience!

"I truly can't say enough great things about Joy, Bob or their home! Staying here is like staying in your own slice of zen paradise. It's immaculate, spacious and close to everything. I received plenty of hospitality, but was also given the space by Joy and Bob that I would compare to a hotel stay. I will certainly be coming back. Mahalo and Aloha. XOXO"
