  • Wonderful and relaxing location

"As a group of six, this was the perfect size property and location to the beach. The property was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. It was great to have the barbecue so we could could cook at home or venture out to the many food trucks or into Haleiwa township for dinner. Great beach access, crystal clear water and safe to swim during the August months. A great time for all."

  • A cozy stay with a jacuzzi!

"I stayed here on my honeymoon, so maybe there's a ton of bias already. We loved the location because it wasn't a hotel, but it was still very clean and had all the amenities. Great kitchen and bathroom, all clean and working. Laundry could be done there too. We enjoyed that it felt like it was private even though it was a second story unit. Also, the access to the jacuzzi was probably the best part. A warm jacuzzi on the roof at night to the stars and the sound of the ocean was a perk. The pricing wasn't too bad for such a location in hawaii. We were close to a lot of the fun on North Shore. Right near Ted's bakery, close to sunset beach and kawela bay. It was excellent. Just a walk from the beach too. The people living downstairs were really nice and kept convo short but still were hospitable. We were there in March when it was still a bit chilly, and we could close the windows to keep it warm and open them up during the day to let some air in, and it was perfect. I'd stay again. Also, the owner was a great guy. Kept in good communication and didn't get too much in the way either. We actually left a pair of earrings there, and he found them and mailed them to us. Pretty honest guy."

  • This is where you want to stay!

"This is the best place on the island that my family and I could have vacationed. It is on the most beautiful area of the island (north shore/ sunset beach). It is close to all the best scenery. Me, my girlfriend, and our 11-year old daughter were all very comfortable in this bungalow. There is a cozy pull-out futon couch and a queen-size bed. This apartment is adjacent to another apartment (also managed by Judy & Mark). Both Judy and Mark live upstairs. These apartments are quiet, peaceful, and have beautiful scenery (with ocean view). No one bothers you, although, most of the time you probably will only be there just to sleep anyway. Our family rented a car for the month and we were out of the house as much as possible! But it was nice to know that we had a safe and cozy place to go and sleep at night. Judy and Mark are very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. If you have any questions or concerns they are there to assist. The pictures listed for this VRBO are accurate. This is where you want to stay to have the full Hawaiian experience. Thanks Mark and Judy!"

  • Another Fantastic Stay at Sunset Beach

"We were lucky enough to get 2 entire weeks at this Sunset Beach Cottage. We stayed here 3 years ago and could not wait to get back. The location on Sunset beach provides a great home base for exploring the entire island. There are numerous restaurants and food trucks nearby along with the Foodland Grocery store. The house is perfectly comfortable and has everything a family needs to have a perfect vacation. Falling asleep to the sounds of the waves is amazing. The view from the deck cannot be surpassed. Thanks again William for sharing your slice of paradise in Hawaii. Hopefully returning for a third time soon!!"
