  • Excellent Experience!! :)

"We loved staying in the Agnew's condo at Kuilima Estates. First I REALLY appreciated how easy it was to get ahold of Amy. She was always delightful and accessible. We loved the condo. We appreciated how nice it was to return to everyday....the lovely cross breezes, the "MUST-DO" list in her letter and the use of the "Oahu Revealed" book in the desk drawer was so useful and MUCH appreciated! We loved the proximity to Turtle Bay and to all the things we wanted to do on the North Shore. Gunstock Ranch was close as was Waimea Bay, Shark's Cove (a MUST to snorkel) and Sunset Beach. Ted's Bakery was a frequent stop. ALL of it was fantastic! Thank you Agnew family for giving us a home away from home!!!!"

  • Great location

"I would actually give it a 3.5 stars if I could but I'm erring on the side of generosity. Great communication and instructions on how to get there and into the property. Location was ideal. Pretty close to Foodland market on either side of Kam Hwy (10-15 min). Having beach towels, chairs were great! They also had snorkels, boogie boards and beach umbrella that we didn't use but it was nice to have in case we wanted it. Having a washer and dryer really helped but one tip about the dryer: don't use it while you're home. There is no venting tube to let the heat escape outdoors so it got really hot during the day. We usually ran it when we were out of the home. Having AC in the bedroom was nice although it kinda smelled of faint cigarette smoke. I don't know if it's from the neighbor's because I didn't smell it all the time. Our son slept on the sofa bed in the living room. He said it wasn't too hot at night (no AC but there's a ceiling fan) but he had to keep the sliding glass door open to stay cool enough. The only reason why I'm not giving it a full 4 star or even a 5 star is because when we arrived there was a large cockroach (2" long) that was nearly dead on the kitchen floor. Then I found another small one in the kitchen sink which I was able to kill. But after that I didn't see anymore. We were also battling ants the whole time even though we didn't leave any food out. There weren't a lot of them (such as no trail of ants) but you'd see a couple all the time on the counters or sink. We enjoyed our stay and had a great time. It had everything we needed."

  • Wonderful! Amazing! Astounding!

"We visited Oahu last month, we got villa 205 for my Mother-in-law and Father-in-law. They absolutely loved it! We were able to get the room next to them which was also amazing. They were absolutely blown away by the place. It was perfect for them. They enjoyed getting up early every morning and enjoying their coffee on the deck with a gorgeous ocean view and the wonderful sounds of the ocean. My wife and I will be back and we will stay in this villa if it's available when we go. The room and the amenities were top notch. It is a great spot on the the north shore. Wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else! Chad Holderle"

  • Perfect Holiday Accomodation!!

"Aloha! This condo was absolutely perfect for us. Group of 6 traveling with every age group and odd sleeping arrangements but this was great! The condo was outfitted with everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. When we started looking for accommodations(in Honolulu and around the island), I ran into alot of fraudulent activity which made us very weary. Susan with Sterman had everything on paper and after some quick investigating we booked. Susan was great and very patient with me(due to previous experiences). The condo is close to Turtle Bay(called Turtle Bay for a reason; we had a cpl swims with turtles!!!) and two AMAZING golf courses(right in backyard)! This place is ideal for families as they include everything to keep the kids occupied at the beach or the amazing pool just a few steps away. The grounds/pool area are kept immaculate and their is also security floating around. The neighbors are also very friendly, we had a chance to chat with them on a few occasions. The drive to the property on either side of the island is to die for and of course lots of surf activity in the area should you want to try it out or just be a spectator. The property is about 45 minute drive from Honolulu so you get to enjoy the quiet with only a short drive to all the huge attractions while saving $$ on properties looking to gouge you in the city. I highly recommend this property!!! Maholo Susan!"
