  • Super quiet and relaxing

"We stayed at the second floor villa and appreciated the quiet, the convenience, the amenities and the ease of renting. The view was spectacular, the appliances easy to use, the furnishings comfortable and familiar-feeling. Having Roy's right on the beach nearby was a great addition to that beautiful bay. Thanks to Vince and Kim for hosting us."

  • Great place to stay on north shore.

"We loved our stay here. The location was perfect for exploring the north shore of O'ahu. 10 minutes to Laie in one direction and 15-20 minutes to Haleiwa in the other direction and plenty of beach options in either direction. We loved the nice swimming pool which we would go to after being at one of the many wonderful beaches nearby. The unit is on the ground floor which was nice too. Inside the unit was very nice with a nice kitchen, bathroom and living room as well as a bedroom. We liked having a fully stocked kitchen (mostly for breakfast) and plenty of space for watching TV or getting stuff done on a laptop. The Wifi was fast and reliable. It was also nice having a washer/dryer to do laundry. There is a wall unit A/C in the bedroom which helped for sleeping at night because it did get hot (we were there in mid August). But it is sort of loud when it kicks in and off during the night, so we slept better with foam ear plugs. If you leave the windows open for the breeze, just be aware that the birds in the large trees outside the bedroom will wake you up very early (another reason for the ear plugs), but what a nice way to wake up and be reminded that you're in Hawaii! Also, we appreciated that there were beach chairs, umbrella, towels and snorkeling gear in the closet to use at the beaches. That was a nice surprise. There was also an air mattress in the bedroom closet which we never used since we didn't have our kids with us on this trip, but you could easily sleep a few more in the living room between the air mattress and the couch. We loved our stay in this condo and would highly recommend it."

  • Great place for our family vacation

"We visited the North Shore for 4 days and staying here was wonderful. We had plenty of space for 4 adults and a 2 year old. It was so great to be within walking distance of Sharks Cove, the food trucks, and Foodland (grocery store). We got great use out of the bikes, beach chairs, sand toys, umbrellas etc. They had everything we needed! Thanks for the great accomidations!"

  • Great location away from the congestion of Waikiki

"So glad that we stayed here, Waikiki & anything to do in south Oahu (Pearl Harbor, Hanauma beach, shopping etc) is only an hour or so away and here there is no hustle / bustle. You have to try the zip line close by its great! The condo was quiet at night the 2 weeks we stayed and had zero issues with bugs or any of the nuisances I saw in reviews for other condos. The owner was very accommodating & the only thing I would even mention is that the family / dining room gets a little warm & humid especially when using the dryer as the A/C units are in the bedrooms, but hey if you're going to be gone all day anyway that's where you want the A/C right?? I'd certainly stay here again & would recommend it to anyone visiting the island."
