  • Ilikai Marina Condo 1294

"Our stay in your condo was comfortable and the marina view spectacular. Location was great, and we found a gem of a restaurant in the hotel (Harbor Pub)! Thank you sharing your beautiful condo. We hope to return soon!"

  • Excellent location and view at a hotel room price!

"I was in Honolulu for a conference, but the conference hotel would give me a small room with no view for the same price as this beautiful condo overlooking the marina. I had a wonderful stay! The condo is very clean, comfortable, and safe with a fantastic view. It is at the edge of Waikiki beach toward the airport, so it is only few minutes walk to either Waikiki beach or to Ala Moana beach. It has a full kitchen, a big bathroom, a separate bedroom area (but you can open it up when you are awake to make it all one big part of the living room). There is a convenience store across the street and a grocery store about a 5 minute walk away. The bus system is really easy to figure out, and lots of things (including the Ala Moana mall) are a very short walk. I absolutely loved having a cup of tea on the balcony in the morning and a glass of wine there in the evening. Sunsets are really beautiful from the balcony. Advice: Taking the shuttle to the condo is fine because it is the first drop off; when you go back to the airport, either take a cab (costs $10 more than the shuttle) or allow an extra 45 minutes for the shuttle to drive through the Waikiki area to pick up other passengers. June 2016 prices: Shuttle = $15 and taxi = $25 to the airport. I highly recommend this condo, and Junko is very nice! She met me for check-in and gave me her cell phone number, but I had no problems and my wonderful week in the condo went by all too fast."

  • What a treat!

"We've just returned to grey skies and rain, rain, rain from an utterly awesome ten days at The Pink Plumeria. When we first arrived we were pleased - it seemed like a nice enough place, very clean, felt safe. It would be fine. But over the next few days we realized we had found a real treasure. I slept better than I have in years. The bed is huge and very comfortable. The living room couch is also very comfy. I was disappointed at the size of the lanai, but we just set up the little beach chairs at the sliding door and this worked perfectly for morning coffee, afternoon wine, sunset watching and two fireworks events. The marina is right there, just as the picture shows, such an interesting and calming view. The kitchen is perfect. Everything you need is provided. We didn't use the dishwasher as there was just the two of us. Easy to hand wash. Nice big fridge. Everything worked. A few instructions from the owners- we obeyed these and everything was fine. (For example, cockroaches love Hawaii too. I saw a couple of ugly critters elsewhere but none at the Pink Plumeria. Nevertheless we abided by the gentle instructions to take out garbage daily, wipe away any crumbs, etc. Easy). And everything is so easy to get to. We're seniors and one of us has health issues but we walked everywhere. Ala Moana Mall is a short walk away. Duke's, PF Chang's, and other popular restaurants were a longer but utterly pleasant walk in the other direction. And that mighty ocean rolls in and out every day. We loved it all. Thanks, Erica and Rex - it was paradise."

  • Clean, good view, comfy bed, huge shower, full kitchen

"The unit was good - no surrounding noise from other units, air con was super cold (we found some hotels don't get cold enough so this was a great positive), the bed was amazingly comfy as well. Huge kitchen, we didn't utilise it but there was everything there and more. You can walk to Ala Moana and easily get the $2 bus into Waikiki main bit (it's only 15 mins to walk too). Lots of food options!"
