  • Awesome place to stay at Ko Olina.

"Pros: Beautiful condo, Nice pools, friendly staff, close to beach. Cons: master bed shower head not working correctly (will not bend down) so water shoots right on your head, dirty tub, dirty towels, safe did not work."

  • Best vacation stay and what a location!

"We stayed for 7 nights at Lanelle's condo and this is by far the best place we have ever stayed at in Hawaii. We had out two year old boy/girl twins with us and this was the first Hawaii trip since we had our twins. I was so pleased Lanelle's condo had everything suited not just for adults, but I mean everything for our twins! The kitchen was stocked with dishes and cups catering to the little ones. The condo was also equipped with not only fins/snorkel for adults, but Lanelle even had floating body/arm vests for our twins. Thanks to the floating vests, my twins were swimming all over in the lagoon and pools. Location, location, location! Due to having little ones, we decided to choose Lanelle's condo since it's located on the ground floor level. The french doors near the kitchen/dining room opens all the way and leads right onto the back lanai. We ate on the lanai every morning (go to Costco and stock up, only about five minutes away) and it was so peaceful. Our twins enjoyed the birds and weasels (I think they were weasels) coming up to us as we enjoyed breakfast. The condo had nice, large, thick beach towels and with the full size laundry/dryer inside the condo it was so convenient. Deep bath tub made it so much nicer to our twins to take baths together and having the separate shower was a bonus. I couldn't believe how much privacy we had not only in the pools, but at the beach. We swam in the lagoon beach and pools everyday and I counted less than 10 people each day on the beach. No crowds like Waikiki and it really felt like we were on a private beach and the pools on the property were the ones you see in magazines and tv. There was a pool specifically designed for little ones, with the entire pool being only 1.5 feet. Talk about letting your kids play freely in the pool and enjoying drinks from the bar, which is located at the pools. I highly recommend this property to families who want peace and quiet, but most of all being away from all the busy traffic and foot traffic like Waikiki. Lanelle, thank you very much for having us and I can honestly say our family has found our new vacation home from here on out when we return to Hawaii."

  • Our place of joy!

"This was our second stay at the Beach Villas and our first stay in this unit. We had an amazing time once again!! The Beach Villas are conveniently located at Lagoon #2 which is a perfect place for the whole family to safely enjoy the beach...our newly turned six-year-old even taught himself how to snorkel on this trip! We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful pools and hot tubs at the Villas as well, they are great for all ages. The path along the lagoons is the most picturesque place for morning or evening strolls and runs. We enjoyed dinners at nextdoor Longboards, Monkeypod, and Roy's, and shopped at nearby at Costco and Target in Kapolei to prepare other meals. We also took advantage of stand-up paddleboard rentals at Aulani. This particular unit is beautifully furnished, decorated, maintained, and is conveniently located near the elevators. The master bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever found at a hotel or vacation rental and I slept better than I ever do away from home! The beach equipment (beach towels, chair, wagon, coolers, sand toys, snorkel gear, etc) and pack N play supplied by the owners were a huge convenience for our family. And the lanai was the most wonderful place for us to enjoy our meals with stunning views (I also practiced yoga on the lanai, it is very spacious). Ko'olina will always hold such a special place in our hearts and we cannot wait to come back and stay at this unit again!"

  • Great space for a family of 6.

"We had a week here and it was awesome. The pools and lagoon were first class. We had spent a week at Waikiki and it was busy and overcrowded. Ko Olina was much more relaxing and worth while. Snorkelling with turtles and fish were among the highlights. I would recommend this apartment. Frank"
