"I loved this condo. The location was excellent. The beach is right outside the Lanai. The view is the best I have ever seen. It is located on a main road and makes locating local activities easy. It is quiet and well maintained. I give this condo 4 stars. Would definitely stay there again."

  • Great house with beautiful sunsets

"I was looking for a house that was ocean-front but close enough to the beach. I got exactly what I wanted. The best way to describe the house is to list pros and cons from my stay. Pros: - Large house which can sleep 16 comfortably if doubling up - Ocean front view with amazing sunsets - About 45 mins from airport and a little longer from the city center - Ashley the caretaker was very friendly and helpful - Well-equipped kitchen upstairs and extra kitchen (without stove/oven) downstairs. So great for cooking, serving and feeding the group - West side of the island had near perfect weather while the other parts were under clouds and some rain. My understanding that this is often the case especially in the winter. - The beautiful yard was well-maintained - There is a small neighborhood beach cove where the sea turtles rest in the afternoon. Not great for swimming by the beach but better further out in the ocean. - It's a ten to fifteen minute walk north to the closest public beach and the water temperature, color and waves were perfect for swimming Cons: - Don't stay out there if you want to be close to the action. There isn't any nightlife and only a handful of restaurants. - The neighborhood and the surrounding areas are what people would describe as "transitional". It didn't bother me as I have lived in many urban areas all over the world. But if you're not used to it then I can see how it can be a culture shock. The house has a secure gate with parking so I never really felt scared or worried. - The internet went out for a day and we had difficulty fixing it. - The decor in the kitchen, dining and family area was much nicer than the living room."

"We had an amazing stay at Tracy's condo. She has literally thought of everything in this condo. Drinks in the fridge, snorkel gear, beach chairs, sun screen, long distance calling... you name it, she has it there. This really saves allot of money considering things like renting snorkel gear cost $10 a person. The internet worked flawlessly (this is one of my pet peeves on vacation). There is a great balcony that has two chairs and a table that is surrounded by bamboo and palm trees - an amazing place to have coffee. The grounds around the condo are incredibly maintained. There are flowers, fruit trees and other tropical plants everywhere. There are crews there all the time maintaining everything and it really shows. There is allot to do here even within a 10 minute drive from the condo. Traffic seems to get really bad coming in and out of Honolulu during peak commuting times, but it is easily avoidable if you plan your days around it. Nothing but good things to say about this place! Incredible value! Thank you Tracey!"
