  • Great location -perfect for our 1st family reunion

"I cannot say enough positive things. This was our first ever renting a vacation home and it was a great experience from beginning to end. To start, communication with the owners was fantastic: quick, complete, honest and exactly as described. I have to admit my first thought was "this is too good to be true" - but it wasn't. It was good and true. The house had all the amenities of a hotel room right down to bar soap, shampoos, full kitchen and all bedding and linens. It was clean and well maintained. Wallace as a town was fun, clean and safe and it was close to Lake Coeur d'Alene (45 minutes) and other attractions. We fit all 9 of us easily with more space if we needed it. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking in the area! Thanks to the Seeleys for making our first try at vacation homes a huge success!"

  • Clean and well-kept

"We arrived to our rental later at night, but thanks to the clear instructions from the owner, it was no problem. The unit was clean, well-kept and spacious! I will rent this unit again, if activities take me to the area."

  • Beautiful home for extended or short stays

"I feel so blessed that my family of 4 was able to stay at this amazing home while we searched for our 'forever home.' The layout is ideal for families with two kids rooms upstairs that are decorated with a rustic feel. The master is on the lower level and includes a dreamy tub. All the beds are super comfortable with plenty of blankets to snuggle into. The downstairs has an easy to use gas fireplace and full stocked kitchen! There is a cute little backyard with a grill that is hooked up to the house's propane...never ruin a steak due to running out of propane here! Everything you need to feel instantly at home! In the front is a common area where you can toss a football and meet the very friendly neighbors. You are walking distance to great restaurants. I highly recommend the Sushi Ahi. The bar across the street has great live music nightly. The library and downtown Eagle are an easy walk as well. If you have kids, the library has amazing kid events weekly! Easy drive to the airport, downtown Boise, Bogus mountain or any place you want to do. Katie is easy to work with and very accommodating. I cannot recommend this place enough!"

  • Great spot to adventure from!

"We loved using this cabin as a place to adventure from; we explored Alturas & Petit Lakes and did lots of swimming, hiking, and boating in the area. Just driving up the road past the cabin puts you in beautiful national forest areas along Smiley creek. The cabin is very simple but has everything you need and provides a very peaceful spot. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the porch, listening to the creek and watching the sheep across the way and also liked being able to walk down to Smiley Creek Lodge for great burgers and shakes. Liese was a very accessible host and was great to work with!"
