  • Graceland Carriage, the perfect place to stay while in Chicago.

"This past weekend, we stayed in the Carriage house. The cottage location was quiet and it worked out really well for us, close to the train station and uber rides to downtown and Lincoln Park were reasonable. It's under a mile to Wrigley field if you're planning on attending a game. My husband and I stayed there with my daughter and her husband. The bathrooms were well supplied with large soft towels as well as a few toiletry items. Cynthia was wonderful and provided us with breakfast foods including great coffee and even a bottle of champagne. I was also very grateful for Cynthia who promptly mailed me some clothing items which I had forgotten in a dresser drawer. She was the best!"

  • Perfect!

"Great location in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Restaurants, bars, coffee, ice cream, drugstores and shops all within walking distance. We particularly liked A Taste of Heaven, George's for ice cream, and The First Slice pie shop. This charming apartment was very clean and well equipped. Our group of four stayed four nights but we easily could have been comfortable for a much longer stay. We rented the garage space but didn't use it as there was street parking easily available. We fell in love with Andersonville and highly recommend you consider Paul's apartment for your next stay."

  • Perfect for family get together

"We rented all three apartments in order to accommodate our children and grandchildren who were joining us for the week. We were greeted by beautiful flowers, notebooks full of suggested shops, sites and restaurants, and a lovely private back yard which was totally unexpected. Teri has thought of everything that you could want in your own home. We ALL were sad to leave. Don't miss this one!"

  • Pearl_Jam@Wrigley

"My friends and I stayed in the "Brown Line Flat" the weekend Pearl Jam played Wrigley Field. The flat was clean and easy to access. The owner/manager, Tara, was very helpful in making sure we had all the information we needed to check in. The location couldn't be better for a weekend in Chicago, especially one centered around a Cubs game (I only wish the Cubs had been in town while we were there, but Pearl Jam was a good substitute). Probably the only drawback to this flat is the CTA line literally right out the back door, so you do get the noise from the train going by periodically throughout the night while trying to sleep. Other than that, which really wasn't a big deal, we had a very enjoyable stay, and I would definitely consider staying there again in the future."
