Nicely finished interior with small kitchen. Having dishwasher and clothes washer/dryer was helpful for staying more than a few days. 3-4 blocks walk to some good Po-boys, excellent Ice cream shop and bakery. 7min walk to St Charles Street tram (about 30min ride to downtown). Short drive in the other direction to more restaurants and grocery store. Easy check in. Neighbourhood is really nice.
