  • 50th Wedding Anniversary and Family Reunion

"5 families, kids ranging from 2 to 21 celebrated parents 50th wedding anniversary. Debated for months over a hotel or trip to FL. Couldn't be happier with the Kezar Agawam Lodge choice. All the grandkids slept together in the bunkrooms. Parents stayed on the main floor, bathrooms attached to every bed room was nice. Kitchen and eating is over the top. We were able to easily rotate the cooking duties and accomodate the caterer. Ping Pong, games, fire pit and dock were well used. Plenty of nooks and crannies to get away too for quiet reading time. Although chilly in late Sept, got great use of the lake and water activities - kayaks, fishing, tubing, paddleboards. Absolute perfect spot for multi family, wide ranging kid ages family reunion."

  • Awesome lake and comfortable private setting

"Hilamayna is a great mix of a beautiful and relaxing setting where you can enjoy as many, and as strenuous, an outdoor activity as you like. The Lovell area is quintessential northern New England and the local markets and cafes were great. Kezar Lake itself deserves every accolade and is absolutely pristine. The private waterfront has a dock area and a separate sitting area with a gradual, though mostly stony, water entry. The dock access is great for a boat and for jumping off the end and swimming about over a sandy bottom. We kayaked, water skied and tubed, hiked a few trails nearby, and took evening boat rides around the lake. Fishing would have been great. Many evenings we sat around the fire listening to the loons' evening calls. Although the house is situated a few hundred feet up the hill from the water, that also makes for wonderful views and sunsets across the water to the west. The layout of the house is great for lake living, it is well cared for, and it works very well for families. Even in the event of a rainy day there are board games, books, and ping pong. The owners were very easy, prompt, and fair to work with and we hope that we are able to get back next summer."

  • Great Location!!!!

"I have stayed at "The Chalet" several times over the last few years. The home is charming & very inviting. I love the stone fireplace! Exactly what you picture a ski cabin to look like. Really can't do much better with location. Attitash is right there for skiing, snowboarding, etc. Short distance to North Conway and restaurants, bars & outlet shopping. And you can bring your furry family members! What else do you need?!!"

  • Quiet condo

"We enjoyed our 4 night stay in the condo, which is clean, comfortable and well-equipped and suited us very well. Plenty of dishes, silverware, glasses etc. and although we didn't cook, there appeared to be plenty of cooking equipment and utensils. The area is very quiet - it was once a ski area - and we were delighted to find that we could hike right from the condo - a definite plus for us. The hike up to Speckled Mountain was wonderful and the shorter hike to Mount Adams was also enjoyable. Both have views. The kitchen, living, and dining areas are on the upper level and are bright and airy. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck at all times of the day. The 3 bedrooms and full bathroom are on the lower level and although they have windows, they are a little dark. There is also a dehumidifier in the twin bedded room, which needs to be run, which makes that room rather warm. Unfortunately the outside of the condo is in need of repair, which does not give a good first impression, but the interior is well maintained and we soon overcame our initial disappointment. We enjoyed Ebenezer's Pub and the take out pizza from the grocery store in Center Lovell was tasty. Overall we had a great stay."
