  • Perfect lake location!

"Well equipped, large, comfortable home, great lakefront spot with spectacular views! Nothing like a dip in the crystal clear lake whenever our hearts desired, and the yard and dock are perfect for hanging out, eating, napping (best hammock EVER!) We kayaked and canoed every day. And so nice to walk to town, great shopping and Vivo Restaurant a must for dinner. We highly recommend this rental."

  • Amazing lakeside cottage with "the little things"!

"This place is amazing! This was our 2nd year staying here. It is the perfect place for a small family or for anyone who wants a relaxing vacation. The views from the cottage are amazing. The swimming and fishing right out in front of the cottage are both great, especially for little kids. The big difference between this place and other places on Highland lake is "the little things" the owners do to make this place special. From literally everything you need to cook a meal, to s'mores sticks, providing firewood with a fire pit with an a view, an amazing hammock, candles, multiple boats, etc. This place has it all!"

  • Magical Vacation at the Lake House!

"Our extended family of 16 spent a wonderful week at the Lake House- the ages spanned from 22 months to 63! Ideal home and grounds for all ages! We loved the sandy flat beach access - perfect for the baby- and the "older" family members. The house is clean and has everything you need to cook for a large group- loved having 2 great outdoor grills. Our adult kids loved playing Cornhole, horseshoes, pool and fishing from the dock.( we brought poles and you need a license) We had fires every night in the beachfront fire pit and were thrilled to have firewood provided. Did I mention the view? Beautiful views of Moose Pond from the living room, kitchen and deck- it was an awesome vacation!"

  • All the stars here!

"5 star accommodations under a starry sky on a peaceful lake. We had a wonderful two-week stay, and it wasn't enough! We worked with the gracious owners to extend our stay, and enjoyed an old school Fourth of July on Trickey Pond. The house is gracious and comfortable, perfectly clean, and offers a sweet view of the pond. We practically lived on the farmer's porch--eating and chatting and listening to loons. The kitchen is amazing--everything you could think of. The master bedroom suite is pretty and airy and far more spacious than we expected at a lake house. We enjoyed the canoe and kayaks, paddling out to the island for a dip and a try on the rope swing. Naples had everything that makes summer fun--cocktails by the sunset, super ice cream, a great grocery, a pie shop!, and nearby a drive in theater--we went three times. Another nice detail--the dead end road was perfect for jogging, and the neighbors we met along the way were very friendly. For biking, the shady state park is only about a mile away. Teens and adults all had a memorable stay, and we would like to return."
