"We stayed here for a week with our two young boys and it was everything we could have hoped for. The cottage is updated and extremely clean. The view was amazing, and with the house being in a no wake zone, it was quiet and peaceful. The cottage is close to everything we like to do in the Sebago Lake area but still feels in the middle of no where so you can forget about life for a bit! Dave was so helpful and gave us all of the information we needed, there was never any confusion and we felt very welcome. I would highly recommend renting this cottage!"

"Wonderful lake home and property! Gorgeous sunsets inside and down at the water. Great docks & float at the water, plus boats. Plenty of space for all to enjoy the water. Clean, clear water with sanding bottom...deep off end of dock...not for little ones, but our kids loved it (age 5-16). Everything about the home and property was fantastic!"

"Family reunion of three generations and over 10 people at a time was great!! Alberta and Bill Messer were generous with their time and experience. We most appreciated learning how to use the outdoor pizza oven and our one pizza dinner was a huge success. Everyone had fun making their own pizza and every pizza was eaten. It's amazing how quickly they cooked.
Swimming was comfortable for all and the offshore floating deck was a hit. Fishing from the dock resulted in one cusk but none of us are avid fishermen. Kayaks, canoe and a big bulky rowboat were available.
The art studio was used by one couple of the oldest generation and they were comfortable inspite of having to come to the main house to use the bathroom.
The children were challenged and happily busy all the time. Indoor toys, beach toys, outdoor stage, costumes, frog ponds, ice cream parlor within walking distance and lots of books for bedtime stories.
This house if stuffed with family memorabilia, antiques and cookwear. We lacked for nothing except more kitchen shelf space to put our groceries.
This was a wonderful family experience."

"5 star accommodations under a starry sky on a peaceful lake. We had a wonderful two-week stay, and it wasn't enough! We worked with the gracious owners to extend our stay, and enjoyed an old school Fourth of July on Trickey Pond. The house is gracious and comfortable, perfectly clean, and offers a sweet view of the pond. We practically lived on the farmer's porch--eating and chatting and listening to loons. The kitchen is amazing--everything you could think of. The master bedroom suite is pretty and airy and far more spacious than we expected at a lake house. We enjoyed the canoe and kayaks, paddling out to the island for a dip and a try on the rope swing. Naples had everything that makes summer fun--cocktails by the sunset, super ice cream, a great grocery, a pie shop!, and nearby a drive in theater--we went three times. Another nice detail--the dead end road was perfect for jogging, and the neighbors we met along the way were very friendly. For biking, the shady state park is only about a mile away. Teens and adults all had a memorable stay, and we would like to return."
