  • Luxurious Vacation Home

"This is a beautiful home. It is situated far enough from the road so that you hear no road noise, but close enough to the beach and "town" so that nothing is a far drive. Morning coffee on the deck while watching a multitude of beautiful birds was a treat. We even saw the hummingbird several times!!!! All rooms, furniture, appliances, etc. are in top notch condition. The master bathroom is unbelievably beautiful!!! The owners were thoughtful enough to leave plenty of space for your food in the pantry; empty, brand new refrigerator, and dressers in all bedrooms for your clothes, plus plenty of space and hangers in the closets - very accommodating. Orleans is a great town - plenty of shopping and restaurants. Short travel to Wellfleet for more restaurants and on to P-town for shopping and the sights! Beach was easy to get to and there was always adequate parking and space on the sand. The house also had umbrellas and beach chairs for our use - including a beach cart, which is nice not to have to schlep that with you! We were there during an unusually hot week, but the house has plenty of fans and AC units - it was always very comfortable. And, having rented many homes before in different places, it was a real treat having a nice big flat screen TV in the living room and the Master BR! Don't miss the sunset at Skaket Beach either - that was a great tip - Thank you especially to the owners, who couldn't offer enough assistance to insure that our vacation was great. It was, and this house is a gem. . . all of the comforts of home and more."

  • Great Beach Vacation

"We just returned from a great week at Nauset Beach in this property. Not only is it a short walk to the beach, but when you get there you have a huge section of the beach practically to yourself. We have been to the public section of Nauset several times and we have loved it but this was totally different. Same waves, same water, same sand; but no fighting for a parking space, no wedging yourself between four other groups on the crouded beach. It was so relaxing to know that we could go to the beach at any time of the day and know that we would have a spot. The house was great. The rooms were comfortable, the kitchen had what we needed. I loved the screened in porch. You need to get to the rooftop deck. You can see a little bit of the water but at night the stars are amazing. Especially if there is little to no moonlight. It was by far the most beautiful sky I have ever seen. My wife and I stayed the whole week and our two sons (21 and 19) and a guest stayed most of the week. Everyone had a great time and nobody wanted to leave. Wil was great to work with. I have never rented the same property twice but I would definitely come back here. Thank you for a great family vacation!"

  • Lots of Space And beautiful view

"This was our first vacation as a family. Me, My husband and my 7 month old twins loved all the space the house had to offer. Having the TV in the sun room was actually great bc we could chat and watch TV after we put our boys down to sleep without having to worry about being too loud. The pool is lovely and private. The days were cooler being mid September but we did get the opportunity to use it one day. The water view with deck off the master bedroom was lovely to wake up to. Being walking distance to Nauset Farms was great for morning stroll and coffee. The people there knew us by name by the end of our stay. Our only wish was that there was more sidewalk to take longer walks. We love walking with the stroller in he mornings at home. But with no sidewalks on a main road we were worried about having the kids on the side of the road. Nauset beach was very close which was great (again if there were sidewalks we would have actually walked there). Overall I'd recommend this house especially for a family who needs space for everyone to spread out. We immediately felt at home and were so very glad we canceled our hotel room we originally had booked! Finally the owners were very responsive and easy to work with :)"

  • Wonderful family experience.

"Property is in a great location giving quick access to beaches as well as down-town area. We found home to be spotlessly clean upon arrival. Owner was available by texting and responded to our texts quickly when we had questions. Pictures found on-line do the property justice and our expectations were met. The area abounds in great beaches, good restaurants and fun shopping opportunities. We four-wheeled at Nauset to access some beautiful beach areas and took in a Cape Cod League baseball game. We would enthusiastically recommend this property."
