  • Just a fabulous place!

"We love this little cottage. We have stayed here twice with our 2 dogs. The location is exceptional. You're within walking distance of shops and restaurants and the bike trail. Plus the view from the front porch is fabulous. The best part is the bakery right outside your back door!! National seashore is 15 minutes away. The cottage itself is just comfortable for 3 grown-ups. The kitchen has everything you need and a nice supply of puzzles and games and books. Very clean bathroom and bedrooms as well. The owner, Kathie, is very personable and wants to make sure your visit is just right."

  • Great property and manager!

"We were very pleased with the rental property, the house was very clean, comfortable and centrally located. Our property manager Justin was exceptional, he guided us through the rental process and was always available to assist. Great experience, thank you!"

  • Beautiful, fun, relaxing

"We rented this house for part of our wedding party. It has a great beach/cape cod feel. There are plenty of bedrooms and the outdoor deck is where we spent a lot of time hanging out. The property is immaculate and well-maintained. We can't wait to rent this house in the future."

  • Fine peaceful week in Orleans

"We stayed in your house for only a week. we had very good weather most of our time but we also had one day of intense rain. My wife and I spent much of our time indoors working on books we were writing. We went to the beach only in the late afternoon. We ate out every other night. The house lends itself to work. It's pretty, quiet, has good light and a lot of places to work. I went for a brief walk almost every morning and evening along the path that leads to the road to Areys Pond. This route is very attractive to birds giving me great pleasure. We look forward to returning next year."
