  • Pleasant Family Vacation Spot Near Bass River

"Beautiful big lawns, perfect for croquet, charming cozy historic house, great for our family vacation. Fit 7 comfortably for 9 day reunion. One block walk to cute little beach, longer walk or short drive to bigger tourist beach on the ocean. Quiet, neighborhood for walks or jogs with water views. Excellent outdoor grille, updated galley kitchen fits two cooks. Separate laundry room. My favorite feature was the outdoor shower, I never used the indoor one. Bedrooms had comfortable window AC units. Only bathrooms are upstairs. Our host were responsive, genial and accommodating of our needs. We would stay there again!"

  • Beach vacation house

"The house has a great location. It is walkable to a private beach which is next to Skaket, one of our favorite beaches. The kitchen is well equipped, and the screened in porch is terrific. The downstairs bedroom is in need of an update, but the family/living room area is very comfortable. The owners are very responsive and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend for a family beach vacation."

  • Perfect Family Vacation Venue

"This historic and architecturally interesting home is perfectly located for all activity on Cape Cod. Our family of 14, ranging from 2 to 70 years old, loved this place. The large and pleasant home feels comfortable as soon as you step through the door. The owner is gracious and extremely responsive. Every need was accommodated from the time we made our reservation to the time we checked out. The lovely little beach, within a stone's throw, is wonderful for small children. The yard is expansive, allowing sports of all kinds. Access to the bike/jogging/hiking trail is very close. Downtown Falmouth is a short stroll away, and the Ferry Terminals in Woods Hole and Falmouth are very convenient to the islands. You will not be disappointed if you stay here."

  • A wonderful time on Cape Cod in Eastham

"Our family had a wonderful two week stay at Coastal Breeze this August. The house was very clean and had everything that was listed that would be there. It is on a dead end street which had very little traffic and the deck was so enjoyable. Coastal Breeze is close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail and my son road the trail every chance he could. It also close to Nauset Light and Marconi beaches and we also traveled to Provincetown a few time including going on a whale watch (we got great pictures). If you want donuts go to the Hole n One doughnut shop on Route 6 and for ice cream try Nauset Light Ice Cream. Don't forget to stop at Sam's Deli for sandwiches. If you are an adventurer stop at the Cape Cod National Seashore Headquarters in Eastham the are all types of thing to do. If you have a few extra minutes at the Headquarters building watch the movie "Sands of Time" it is only about ten minutes long (shows how Cape Cod was formed). Having wi-fi is a great. Julie is a great owner and explained everything about her home. We would recommend this house to a friend."
