  • Beach vacation house

"The house has a great location. It is walkable to a private beach which is next to Skaket, one of our favorite beaches. The kitchen is well equipped, and the screened in porch is terrific. The downstairs bedroom is in need of an update, but the family/living room area is very comfortable. The owners are very responsive and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend for a family beach vacation."

  • Charming Cape home in a great location!

"This is a beautiful, clean, well furnished home in a great location! We enjoyed our stay in Orleans so much - the home is close to many restaurants and lovely Nauset and Skaket beaches. It was easy to spend a day in nearby Chatham and one in nearby Wellfleet also. We could watch a sunset and sunrise over the water, enjoyed the bookstores on Main St. and Greg's used books, and especially enjoyed a lobster roll at the new restaurant, The Knack! We are recommending this home to friends who wish to visit and looking forward to returning!"

  • Cozy and quiet for a relaxing vacation!

"We stayed for a week to attend our nephew's wedding in Orleans. The cabin was perfect! Very neat and clean, quiet surroundings, and lovely view of sailboats on Arey's Pond. There were 4 of us for the entire week, with 2 more coming later in the week. Plenty of bedrooms and eating areas! We all loved the rustic atmosphere and being surrounded by trees. In addition, it was close to our other relatives and easy to drive to Hyannis and Provincetown. Highly recommend for a family or couple who want to visit Cape Cod and environs. Very responsive and welcoming owners, too!"
