  • Perfect Family Vacation - We will return !

"From the very first contact with Myra I knew her beautiful home in the Sippewissett neighborhood North Falmouth was going to be great for our family. The experience exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, and the layout perfect for late night conversations and catching up . The deck and grill work well for dinners, the kitchen is well equipped and the yard was large enough for a family games of "corn-hole". The location is ideal, it felt like we were five minutes from everything, great beaches, Woods Hole, and Falmouth Center. This is the 4th home we have rented over the past 8 summers and it is by far the best. We will return!"

  • Awesome!

"Wonderful setting with fire pit, outdoor dining, lawn for games and beach supplies available. The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable to stay. Parking was not an issue and of course the beach goes without saying! Jeannie is a wonderful host, easy to communicate with and our stay was amazing."

  • Fantastic cottage charm

"This beach cottage getaway was exactly what we needed! The house itself is very quaint, and has all of the amenities that we needed, but it's number 1 asset is the location. The Mill Pond is a few hundred yards away, and the kayaking was great. Lots of fish and a few seals cursing around in between the boats. For the ocean side, Lighthouse Beach is about 2 blocks away, but there is also a quieter beach at the end of Water Street that we used more often. The kids loved seeing all of the seals from the shore, but also took a boat tour for a closer view of the masses. It was great to stay in a pace that had a kitchen, and we took advantage by cooking a handful of meals that we ate outside on the deck, A short walk to Main Street gave us most of our other dining and plenty of shopping. A 5 minute drive to Chatham Seaside Links provided a little local 9 hole golf fun. For bigger golf, we drove about 25 minutes to Ocean Edge Resort to play a Nicklaus course, and that was fantastic. For a more extravagant snacks and sunset cocktails, we visited The Chatham Bars Inn and sat on the porch to look out over the water. The owners were super accommodating, and easy to work with. We had the pleasure of meeting them just before we left, and let them know that we will be back for other visits, for sure. We would highly recommend staying here!!!"
