  • great house in a great location

"This property was exactly what we needed in a vacation rental! The home was clean and simply furnished. We were there with our 2 year old son and both house and yard were perfect for a toddler to safely explore. Watching for frequent bunny visits in the yard kept him occupied, as did a basket of toys in the living room. The large deck was perfect for outdoor meals, with easy access to the kitchen. Best of all was the location! This house is located on a quiet road close to town. We were a short walk (10-15 min) to Friends Marketplace (groceries and alcohol), shops, and restaurants. Crystal Lake (with a small beach perfect for toddlers!) is a short drive away, as is ocean access. All communication with the owners was clear and prompt. Book this home, you won't be disappointed!"

  • Charming to the max

"We thoroughly enjoyed our extra long weekend on Meadow Way. We have rented homes at the Cape for years and each one has its own personality or no personality. Some houses are stark and sterile, but not here. It was more like being in someone's home with all the sweet touches that not everybody might leave in the care of strangers. The hand thrown pottery dishes and the original artwork over the walls and the bookcase filled with every book I ever wanted to buy from the charming bookstore in Chatham made for a very comfy homey visit. It was supplied with everything we needed, the bed was great and the decor in the whole house was endlessly fun to explore. It had a strong feminine touch with an hydrangea theme, but so very tastefully done. My husband liked the big swivel armchairs and huge tv on the rainy day we were inside. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac and so quiet away from the fray. We found the location super convenient for a market and good restaurants. The owner was was quick to respond to our questions and easy to work with. And last, but so important, the house was CLEAN!!!!"

  • Wonderful place to gather with extended family

"We gathered here to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday. We were a total of 16 people that included my 80 yr old mom, my 2 sisters and our families, which included children from the ages of 25 - 10 and one 1 yr-old. The house is just as it is described. The view is magnificent!! As you can imagine, everyone really enjoyed the pool. We also rented a kayak and a canoe, which were delivered and picked up right from the property for a small fee. But you have to watch the tide when you go in the water. And we also had a chef (recommended by the owner) come in and cook a surprise surf and turf dinner for my mom's birthday, which she absolutely loved! We loved that we could all sit at the table together for meals. And play bingo and card games at night. The main floor is spacious enough that you never feel cramped or on top of each other. The roof top deck is absolutely stunning! I woke up every morning to catch the sunrise and listen to the birds. It's a great place for a multi-generational vacation. We could cook when we wanted, having 2 of every appliance was great. And we could go out when we wanted. There were plenty of restaurants close by. I think we visited Sundae School almost every night for ice cream. The elevator would be great for people with disabilities. You can go from the ground floor where the pool is, all the way up to the floor where the roof top deck is. What a wonderful way to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday!! I would definitely recommend this house for a large family gathering of all ages!"
