  • Loved it!

"This is a fantastic place! Anyone who visits Provincetown knows that really good accommodations can sometimes be a challenge to find, especially during the summer months, but no disappointment here. Perfect location, comfortable bed, great kitchen (our favorite part), and the deck...amazing! Thank you Barry for sharing your great space! We will definitely be back."

  • A week by the beach

"What a cute little apartment by the beach! We are a family of 4, kids are 3 and 4 and we couldn't have asked for a nicer vacation near the seashore. Located right in the National Seashore, a quick 5-10 minute walk to coast guard beach, this is a really cute place to stay while you enjoy Cape Cod. The cottage style apartment is equipped with everything you need to feel right at home on vacation. Everything from kitchen utensils, to coffee maker, to appliances. We definitely needed and used the washer dryer on this trip! The owners went out of their way to be welcoming and make sure we had everything. We could walk to the beach to watch the seals and jump in the waves. It's also a quick drive to the bay side to enjoy First Encounter Beach which was perfect for little kids during low tide. The Nauset lighthouse is about a mile away which made for a great morning run and also a fun family excursion to the top. (Tours in the late afternoon- check the schedule.) Arnold's was a classic takeaway place with mini golf and great fried food. Close by. The chocolate cafe is also close and has a purple truck that comes to the beaches and has the best ice cream sandwiches. Not to be missed. If you're hikers, I'd recommend the Marconi swamp trail which has boardwalks and an easy trail for little kids. Really an ideal location, sweet beach house and warm welcoming hosts."

  • Lovely well maintained home

"The property was well maintained, clean and comfortable. It is centrally located and easy to get around the Cape. We had easy drives to local beaches, the National Seashore and Provincetown. The house had all the amenities we would expect and a few we were pleasantly surprised to find, as well. There was a binder containing information on the area, places of interest, beaches and restaurants. I would recommend this property to anyone, and look forward to visiting again."

  • Love this charming Cape Cod Home

"My wife and I stayed here in September and loved it! It is remote enough that it provides complete privacy, but close enough to town that you can be there in a few minutes by car or for a good morning walk. It is completely peaceful. We loved watching the many varieties of birds that flit around the yard. The house is charming and cozy and both takes you back in time and provides modern day conveniences. You can tell the home has been well loved over the years. While it was just the two of us, we can definitely see going back with friends or family as there is plenty of room for many more with five private bedrooms. While we did not swim, the beach is about a three minute walk and provides lovely views. We look forward to going back soon!"
