  • Our place was very clean, well supplied with accessory basics. Cozy, clean, welcoming. Very nice.

"The deck areas are very clean, with setting and tables. Nice to be able to borrow beach chairs. The news structure of the deck with easy access and safe. Our friends were jealous. Being able to see the water and watch sunsets on the deck was great. Thank you."

  • OUTSTANDING RENTAL – look no further!!!

"I have been renting on the Cape for over 20 years in Dennis, Chatham and Truro and have finally found the perfect rental! We are repeat renters and plan to keep coming back as long as the owner will have us. She has clearly worked hard to create the perfect vacation home and has provided all of the right touches to make your vacation as special as it should be. From the arrival experience (see listing photos, the house looks exactly like this) to the sunny “reading room” stocked with books for you to read (or take home if you don’t finish) to the gigantic, tastefully furnished deck overlooking a beautiful gorge to the XM radio with built in speakers to the *NEW* huge outdoor shower- I would live here year round if I could. First and most important to us when choosing a vacation home - this beautiful house is sparkling clean. Very hard to find a house that is “city clean” as I call it- and this place is it. Every corner, every bathroom, the deck, the grill… you name it this place is cleaner than my own home. Then – the beaches. The house is about 5 minutes from Long Nook beach and if you need a change of pace – equal distance to Ballston Beach. Truro beaches are the most beautiful on the Cape and best of all- most of them are private which means you don’t have to rush to the beach in the morning to get your “spot”. Sleep in…go for a walk…go to PB Boulangerie for a croissant and coffee or even bust out a few yoga moves on the beautiful serene deck like I did..then head to the beach whenever you feel ready. The kitchen is more than stocked for whatever you decide to cook, grille, shake or blend. Two blenders! Plenty of lobster hardware which also is not always the case with rentals. Bedrooms are all super nice and comfortable and again, CLEAN. Provincetown is 8 minutes by car (we timed it) for great restaurants, shopping and of course waterfront views. If you decide to skip P-Town – Wellfleet is also 8 minutes in the other direction. Here you will find a quaint cape town with equally as good restaurants and great art. Keep in mind-Truro has a couple of excellent restaurants as well – in addition to the Vineyard (outdoor yoga) and other fun attractions. Farmers market walking distance as well as local seafood at the end of the road. The owner provides a very comprehensive list of how the house works, local favorites, things to do, etc so you will have not one question on what to do or how to do it. We did not bring kids – adult only vacatio"

  • Great location nice Cottage

"This was a fantastic place to stay for my daughter and I since it was close to all the places we love in Truro and on the cape. My only complaint was the bedding was a bit musty. For me that is more significant than most since I have allergies to mold and mildew. Otherwise perfect vacation spot for us."

  • Best Rental Ever!!!

"This is SUCH a wonderful rental!!! PERFECT LOCATION...It is so private you literally cannot see any neighbors. The house is BEAUTIFUL, tidy and well maintained. It is SO spacious and homey we've been coming back with friends and family for years. Sometimes we even try to sneak in a long weekend off-season just for us... The hosts are super kind and very communicative. They are always willing to bend over backwards to help. There are so many beautiful beaches within a stone's throw (not to mention delicious restaurants like the Blackfish.) We love to spend hours walking our dogs through the Natonal Seashore Trails right from the back yard. The beds are super comfy and the kitchen is so great for cooking in (then work it off later in the gym lol!) And of course, what's not to love about sitting under the stars at night in that FABULOUS hot tub! We would highly recomment this home to anyone: it is the MOST RELAXING experience and GREAT VALUE for money."
