  • Quintessential Cape Cod house on the beach.

"This house that we rented for nearly a week's time was exactly as portrayed in all advertising and listings, thus we got what we expected and what we wanted. The setting is on the beach and we had a remarkable direct view of sun rise and sun set. It was December so we did not swim but we frequented the beach which is soft clean sand and crystal clear water, and we saw seals playing just out from our house. The comforts of home were all there. Nothing went wrong but we were advise after arrival anything needing attention would get it right away. All we could hear there besides ourselves was wind and waves. Our family went and we all were situated in nice bedrooms, and the baths are very nice. The ambiance is unpretentious and homey to the point that we did feel at home. We ate in most of the time, but toured the area with great enjoyment in the National Preserve and our favorite building in Provencetown is the library that is housed in a defunct church. All positives with our vacation and especially this house. Hank"

  • Comfortable house in fabulous location

"We have stayed in this house many times. It's comfortable, relaxing, nestled in the woods, with delightful deck, outdoor shower, short walk to beautiful bay beach with stunning sunsets. Short bike ride or drive to wonderful Long Nook beach on the oceanside. Sweet Escapes restaurant and ice cream shop nearby. Property is always clean and reasonably maintained. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to come to this part of Cape Cod!"

  • 5/5 Stars =Excellent, 10/10 Stars is Super Excellent!!!

"So very true, a peaceful, heavenly cottage. First impressions-superior cleanliness, beautifully designed, very practical use of the space. The furniture in every room is top quality, comfortable, especially the bed....very restful nights. The kitchen was stocked with all types of cooking ware and utensils for home cooking. Cupboards and refrigerator stocked with condiments, spices, water, Annie's organic foods, and so much more. The Keurig with supplies and 1/2 & 1/2 was a major plus. The bathroom with shower and tub was absolutely perfect with choice of colorful, quality towels. The A/C was a plus since it was quite humid the first couple days. Even on nights the windows were opened, the cottage was quiet. Very comfortable and spacious for 2 adults. Location was perfect for my activities - dunes walk, cycling, Audobon, and more. The patio is landscaped just lovely with many solar lights surrounding the area and the cottage itself. Most importantly, Jim was very responsive when I needed to contact him. This cottage is one to return to time after time. Thank-you so much! -Paula"

  • Perfect Location

"I don't know if you will find a better deal on the beach in North Truro. Jim welcomed us with a lovely note and a bottle of wine, which always starts off a trip right. We noticed there was no AC in the unit and this was our first time renting a place that didn't have one. Well you don't need it because that cross breeze in perfect. Would definitely stay again."
