  • It's a royal sandcastle!

"We had a very pleasent stay. The house was clean and well equipped for cooking, great BBQ! Owner is very knowledgable of region's activities, attractions and restaurants. There's a 2 minutes walk to a quiet beach spot. We had the chance to be taken on a boat ride with Greg. We highly recommend this place."

  • VERY COZY , CHARMING and GREAT LOCATION

"My family and I had the opportunity to stay in this home for part of kids school vacation. We love the Cape and this house is situated in a great mid-cape location. Minutes away from almost any activity we wanted to do with the kids, movies, mall, mini golf, restaurants, Cape Base Ball league games, the ferries to the islands and a three minute walk to the beach (which now due to a beautiful new patio the owner has put in the front yard), which can be seen while sitting on the patio. The street could not have been anymore peaceful and the beach is very picturesque. We actually went swimming on the Friday! The owner could not have been more helpful with suggestions for places to eat, where to go for fun , etc. The home is exactly as the owner describes. It is a very charming and cozy home. It is clear John takes great care to make sure the home is put together comfortably for his guests. The beds are extremely comfortable and all 5 kids stayed in the kids room , which also were very comfortable beds as well. Loved the little office with desk, since I had to work a couple of days during my stay. He also just had refinished the hard wood floors in the house and you could tell by how wonderful they looked. We will be back. Thanks for all the assistance during our stay John."

  • Quiet escape from home!

"This is our favorite vacation spot. We have been coming here for years and each time it feels like our home away from home. Sometimes we forget that we are just minutes from the hustle and bustle of Main Street because the cottage is so quiet! Situated on a dead end street, you are also a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach. Some of our favorite places to visit in the area are Cafe Bertini Gelato (gelato is made from scratch on the premises in small batches so it is always fresh!), Common Ground Cafe (delicious sandwiches, soups, salads all made with local ingredients and fresh baked bread), and taking bike rides around the Hyannis Port neighborhood. A week at this cottage is all you need to recharge and feel refreshed. Don't forget to try the outdoor shower! It's one of our favorite features."
