  • Rustic Cabin on Pond

"We have been camping in Brewster since our children were little. At the age of 18, our son had decided that he will take no part in camping any longer and this cabin fit exactly what we were looking for and more. The pond is beatiful and a great temperature to swim in. The cabin has charm and the description and photos are just as it is. It's great to have a real roof on the occasional day when it rains. The canoe, the raft to relax on, the location which is convenient, yet out of the way, are all nice features. When we stay here, we access the bike trail, go to the ocean, bay, Nickerson State Park, great restaurants, and more. The owners are very nice people to rent from. We have stayed here twice and look forward to another return trip!"

  • Wonderful Home and Vacation

"Our family rented this home away from home for two weeks this past summer as we prepared for our daughter's Cape Cod wedding. Nancy and Tony greeted us as we arrived and showed us around. There is a lovely patio with an awning overlooking beautiful grounds and the harbor which we all enjoyed greatly. The layout of the house is great; there is a lot of space, a great kitchen and plenty of room to relax and unwind. The beach is a walk from the house. We loved our time there! We hope to definitely go back! Thank you so very much!"

  • Great vacation!

"My family of 10 really enjoyed staying on this Cape Cod property. We thought the location was great. It is a 2-3 min drive to the town center which had very cute shops and restaurants ( certainly within walking distance). Neighborhood seems very safe. The house had plenty of spaces for us (5 bedrooms). The 3 boys enjoyed the room with a bunk bed & twin bed, although that room seems to be the most stuffy, even with the AC unit on. I'm not sure why. There is also a twin bed right in where the formal dining is, which we did not use since there is no privacy. I suppose it's for someone who is not able to climb stairs to the upstairs bedroom. However I would have liked a big dining room table there instead for family dinners. There is a big table outside on the deck but dor the rainy or hot days an indoor table would be nice. We ended up sitting around the kitchen island & the breakfast table which also worked ok. The kitchen is well stocked & there are plenty of towels, beach towels for everyone. The 2 big TV's and piano were good for entertainment. There were plenty of tv channels including on demand movies which we loved. We really enjoyed our relaxing vacation there and owner has been attentive to all the details for the house. Would definitely stay there again if we are in the area."

  • Breathtaking views, Crystal Clear Water, Lots of Privacy

"My wife and I wanted to get out of the city and get a breath of fresh (salt) air, and we were floored by the spectacular views. The photographs don't do it justice. The beach is on the bay side, so it's some of the cleanest, clearest, most tranquil water on Cape Cod. We went in the autumn and it was so peaceful and quiet. But we can't wait to come back in the summer or winter. There are a lot of places to stay on Cape Cod (and we've stayed in lots of places) but you can stop searching right now and book this place. You won't regret it."
