  • This One Was Just Right!

"We had a wonderful time at this adorable, tidy Cape home. Conveniently located for all our adventures for the week: Day Trip to Nantucket, paddle board lessons in Osterville, visit family in Harwich and just enjoying all the local beaches (Nauset, Craigville, Sandy Neck, Hyannis). The dog had a spectacular time as well. We would walk to the beach just before nightfall and enjoy the moonlight along the way. It was a bit hot early in the week, so the A/C was greatly appreciated. We brought a few meals along with us so the well-stocked kitchen was handy. Our last night we had lobsters from the local fish store. Quite delicious! Perfect four our family of four (and one furry creature)."

  • Great house! Cozy, comfortable, convenient!

"We had a multi-generational family vacation at this house. It has something for everyone - even on a rainy day. Whether you want to chill at the house, go to the beach, or shop 'til you drop it's an awesome place to have some R&R. It's conveniently located near one of the BEST beaches on the cape for families and a 5 minute drive to downtown Hyannis. Highly recommended for families or several couples that just want to vacation together."

  • Love this house!

"We just came back from our third stay at this house. We love it, and go back every year! It's clean, well-organized, and very well stocked - you just need to bring your own linens, but everything else will be there - any sort of kitchen appliance or tool that you may need (including a cappuccino machine), pillows/blankets, etc. There is laundry in the basement. The location is perfect - a little over a mile away from Craigville Beach, about 1.5 miles away from the Hyannis Center, a little over half mile to the nearest supermarket. You can buy a weekly pass for the Craigville and other Barnstable beaches for 50 bucks. The owner is also really nice and easy to deal with - responsive to emails, responsible and reasonable. We highly recommend this house!"
