  • Awesome week!

"Three generations of us enjoyed another week at the Main House. Perfect weather. Kayaks provided much fun for Grandchildren. So close to our favorite restaurants (PJ's and Moby Dicks and Arnolds and Mac's and Russ & Maries BBQ and Gift Barn Pizza) Fully stocked kitchen and spacious dining area. Sleeping accommodations perfect. Watching the tides from the balcony so relaxing. Wellfleet remains so unspoiled and serene a place to visit. A walk across Uncle Tim's Bridge and trails on the island are fun. The Cedar Swamp Trail. The Truro Winery (Cranberry Red wine in a glass lighthouse) I know it is in Truro, but that's OK, too. We all had a wonderful time."

  • Perfect Getaway For a Family

"What a great vacation experience. First, the house and cottage situated on lovely landscaped lot. Five bedrooms each with individual AC controls--what a great convenience. Various nicely furnished living areas (including a porch) allowing book readers to be separated from TV watchers. Large kitchen and dining area for up to 14--couldn't be better. Location--walking distance to 1) town, 2) beaches and for the unhealthy food lovers, 3) fabulous pizza and donut stores, and for the baseball fans 4) the Anglers ballpark. We would recommend this location to all of our friends and are already planning our return trip for next summer. Lastly, Betty and Joe (property owners) were incredibly accommodating and were an absolute pleasure to deal with contributing to a fabulous stress free family vacation."

  • Great Vacation Spot!

"If your looking for a place to stay in East Falmouth, you should seriously consider this place! It's the last house down a gravel lane so it's private and it overlooks the lake, what more could you ask for? It was also in a great central location from Falmouth or any of the other surrounding towns and really it did not take us long to get to the places that we wanted to go. The house has everything you would need for the week to prepare meals or to even cookout on the grills. The owners have floats, pool noodles, boogie boards, sand toys, kids beach chair, a camping chair it was everything we needed for the lake and the beach. The lake has a great little beach area for smaller kids and it was just a nice lake to swim and float around in. We did bring our own bed linens and bath/kitchen towels just because we knew we wouldn't be able to wash and dry everything before we departed early Saturday morning. The owner was responsive to any email I had sent, she replied within 24 hours and usually it was even sooner then this. Thanks Meredith for letting us stay at your house, we had a great time!"
