  • A Family Week in Boston

"The property was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was cheerful and inviting. We could tell there is still some work to do on it but you could tell a lot of effort was put in it to make it very accommodating. There were a lot of extras we did not expect, like the 4 umbrellas we needed twice during our stay. We would recommend it highly. The location is great, between South Station and China Town. We found a great bakery in China Town for some of our breakfasts, there was a great breakfast sandwich shop near by, and the diner down the block is a must go to. Happy Feet gives a great foot massage after walking all around town. They are less than a block away. The owner was very responsive. We communicated by email, although a phone number was provided. I always got a quick response within the day. He took care to answer all our question and concerns and to fis any problems that came up. We have rented many times from these same sort of sites and this was one of our top rentals. We are a family of three teenagers and it served us well. One thing I don't remember seeing in the ad is that there is an elevator and the place has great security, although the neighborhood seemed very safe. We were very happy with our choice to rent this property!"

  • Perfect Marblehead Gem!!

"Our family was in Marblehead for a week-end wedding event and we couldn't have stayed in a nicer setting. The condo was immaculate upon our arrival. Spacious enough yet cozy and accommodating for our group. The location was fabulous. . . just a block away from the downtown Marblehead area. Enjoyed many trips to Shubies!! Peter was friendly and very helpful- wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend this rental!"

  • Nice place to stay!

"The house was as pictured and described with a nice backyard, located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. The home was very clean and well-equipped with nice linens, appliances, and kitchen items. The beds were comfortable for the 6 adults in our party. It is a charming, homey, nicely remodeled older home. It felt like we were visiting family rather than staying in a rental. Location was very convenient to Misselwood at Endicott College where we were attending a wedding, and Salem, Gloucester, and Rockport, which we visited and enjoyed. We visited Salem and ate at Turner's, spent the day at Good Harbor Beach in Gloucester, and walked along Bearskin Neck in Rockport. A day trip to Boston by ferry in Salem would be a nice way to visit the city, but we ran out of time. The owner is very responsive to any questions or concerns. We were happy with our time there, and if you want the conveniences of home in a convenient location, this fits the bill."

  • Perfect Home for Families!

"My family and I travel quite a bit and have stayed at many home rentals (including international) over the past few years and Tony’s home was one of the top few on our list of favorites! This home was the perfect choice for us as it was very spacious, CLEAN, awesome water view and the beds were very comfortable! The best part of staying here was the GREAT location. It was only a few train stops from the airport so we didn’t need to rent a car. The train station was only a 5 min walk from the house. It was also only a few train stops to the downtown Boston area, which was really convenient as we went there quite often during our stay. Extra perks: My kids really enjoyed the bunkbeds and the children’s play area and so did I as it kept the children occupied while my husband and I relaxed and enjoyed the view. One thing we noticed was that even though, the airport was close by, there wasn’t much airplane noise, especially in the house, and was really a non-issue for us. We all had a peaceful night’s sleep! Tony was a great host and was easily accessible for questions and recommendations. We would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Boston. Thanks for everything Tony!"
