  • Terrific place, wonderful hosts

"Our family of 2 adults, 3 kids and 2 dogs just returned from a long weekend stay at this house. We had an amazing time! The house is wonderful, clean, well-equipped. It has a large yard, away from the road so we could all play soccer and frisbee. The house had bikes, which enabled us to take a long bike ride along the rail trail (which was lots of fun). We used the fire pit to roast s'mores and there is a great bbq as well. Kate and her husband were outstanding hosts. The temperature rose very high on one of the days and Kate's husband came to install ACs without us even asking. The house has a great wi-fi and TV with DISH (although we minimized our use of electronics). The house is very conveniently located about 10 mins from Jiminy Peak, Pittsfield and other attractions. Highly recommend!"

  • Great Rental

"What can I say?!?!? Rent with absolute confidence that this is a great place! Owners are terrific - very accommodating! Location is great. If the devil is in the details... the owners have thought of pretty much everything. I even asked if there was a waffle maker and sure enough... there was! Location is great, walk to everywhere you would want in Williamstown. Back patio is super nice. The only reason I'm hesitant on this review is I don't want this place to be too popular as I don't want to stay anywhere else when I visit!"

  • Rural Paradise

"We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in the great Berkshires. My first real farm dwelling experience. We all enjoyed the sweet and funny sounds of sheep and the many outdoor amenities included with the house (hammock, porch furniture, new grill, incredible sunset views). Inside the house was well equipped with comfortable furniture, beds, towels/linens etc., and a few extra perks. I highly recommend a hike, kayak, and swim at the nearby Pelham Lake Park (10-15 minute drive), a trip to Shelburne falls to see the Bridge of Flowers, and a dinner at Hope and Olive in Greenfield. Karen was a delightful host (thank you Karen!)."

"My husband and I rented this house for a long weekend. It was perfect for our family, we have 3 sons. The house is nice, clean and comfortable, it has a fully equipped kitchen. It's 20 min from Jiminy Peak. Casey, the property manager is very nice and responsive."
