  • Perfect Location for Golf

"This is a fantastic cabin, tucked at the end of a dead end dirt road, plenty of room for 6 guys on a golf weekend. I would recommend it to anyone. Ken was excellent to work with as well!"

  • Beautiful property. Very comfortable. Awesome particularly if you want media down time.

"Limited TVs (none in bedrooms) and no wifi. But highly comfortable with many, many creature comforts. Well equipped kitchen. Comfy bedding and towels. Blankets galore. Wbpf. Hammock. Rockers. Porch swing. We were up for a stay and play snow weekend. Very good time and close to everything. Great time!"

  • Great location

"We enjoyed our stay very much. The cabin is very clean, with a open floor plan. The cabin is located in a very private setting, which is a plus. It was only minutes away from all the major stores and restaurants. We did walk into the cabin to a very strong smell, which turned out to be Gas. Discovered that the pilot light on one set of the stove burners was not lit. I would recommend that the care taker, checks those before and after any every rental. You need to include instructions for the TV, never did figure out how to get any local channels. Everything was hooked up for the antenna, but wouldn't work. Other then that everything was Great. • Family Vacation

"We have stayed at multiple houses at Lake Arrowhead and just love the location. Sunset Beach is a cozy cottage that was perfect for the 4 adults and 2 children that stayed the entire week. It was also large enough to accommodate a weekend stay for 2 more adults and a little dog. We loved the beach area, although the water level is definitely higher compared to the picture of the beach. We chose Sunset Beach because of the beach area for the 2 children. The kids didn't mind the lack of beach at all, at ages 8 and 5 they loved swimming out ( with life jackets provided!) to the platform and jumping off...over and over and over! The lake is small enough so that we felt very safe teaching the 8 and 5 year olds how to kayak! Fishing off the dock was the highlight for the kids, one night our granddaughter caught 19 fish! Granted they were all to small to keep, but imagine the delight in watching her face as she continued to catch little "fishies"! The association pool is a very short walk away so we enjoyed the pool in the morning and the lake in the afternoon. Sunset Beach was by far are favorite cottage. Only issue... Be very careful in reading over the contract, especially when pertaining to the number of guests staying at the cottage. Overall....a wonderful week!"
