"My new husband an I stayed here for our honeymoon. It was perfect! I love all of the windows in the living room. We sat on the deck or at the kitcken table drinking coffee each morning after making breakfast to enjoy the beautiful view of the trees and lake. The lication is very quiet and peaceful. Although there are neighbors, it was so quiet that it felt like we were the only ones there. Very romantic and cozzy sitting by the firepit at night. We had the lake all to ourselves except for 2 ducks who live on the lake. The ducks greeted us on the dock each morning as we fished. We miss this place already! The owner is very helpful and responds to inquiries quickly. I would definately stay here again! Thanks for everything Randy."

  • Hostess with the Mostess!!

"We had a lovely time at this quaint little cottage on the lake!! Two bedrooms plus a futon made it perfect and incredibly affordable for our party of 5. Despite the heat (it was in the 90's) the cottage is shaded by woods and has many ceiling fans to keep it comfortable, even during a heat wave. And there's always the lake. Small, well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Sally, the owner, was close enough to help with anything we needed. She was also (over) careful to respect our privacy, so if solitude is what you seek, still a great choice. But we are social people who LOVED her company, stories, tips, etc. She even took us out on her pontoon for a cruise around the lake and partied with us a bit- what a hoot! The fire pit was the gathering place at night while we watched lightning bugs and shooting stars buzz on by while listening to the soothing sounds of the night frogs. We almost felt like locals by the end of the trip and we're sad to leave. We will be back Sally, and we're bringing some more cold Michigan brewskis with us! Thanks for everything!"

  • Idyllic Getaway

"We stayed at Century Farms in the stone cottage. It was an absolutely idyllic setting. Gorgeous landscape with views of orchards. Wonderful and charming accommodations with everything you need while taking you away from the bustle of everyday life. Loved the bathtub and the wood burning stove. Property owners are friendly and helpful, yet not intrusive. Setting is quiet, peaceful. A great central location for exploring Lelenau County and all the amazing sights the area has to offer. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!"
