  • This property has the perfect location!

"The house is walking distance to the beach and to town. The property was extremely clean, very well-equipped and comfortable. A charming property we would rent again! We loved our time at this property in South Haven!"

  • Perfect place to relax and to have a girl's weekend-better than expected

"This was a last minute booking for our girl's weekend. When we arrived we were so impressed by this house. The owner had fresh flowers at the table, had all toiletries in both the bedrooms, and luxury linens. The master en-suite has a fabulous soaker tub which was amazing to use at the end of the day. The kitchen was very well stocked and easy to cook in. This house has a open floor concept which was so spacious and welcoming. Lots of books and games to keep you entertained. This house has 2 wood burning fireplaces. The most amazing part of this house was the enclosed outdoor space. There is a fireplace, huge hot tub, long dinning table, a day bed, and comfy sitting area with a tv. We want to come back in the summer just so we can use the outdoor space. I highly recommend this house not only for its convenience to everything but for the home's accommodations."

  • Quaint Country House

"The set up of the house and the decor are very sweet and homey. We enjoyed all the yard space and the deck. Especially wonderful is having a residential parking pass to a semi private beach (Cherry Beach) that is just a 5 minute drive away. The surrounding area is beautiful and relaxing. I have asthma and unfortunately something in the house caused my asthma to flare up all weekend. I'm not sure what it was. Also, there seemed to be a lot of mosquitoes around the house because of the damp wooded area and the pond nearby. However, lighting the campfire seemed to help keep the bugs away. Overall, a very nice comfortable stay."

  • What A Great Place

"I was in charge of finding a place for a family vacation which included my family of 5 with kids under the age of 10. My sister and her family of 4 with 2 teenage boys, and my mom and. Trying to find a vacation home that would accommodate 11 along with having the “essential amenities” and being affordable, was no easy task. The good news is we found the Hubbell House. The pool was fantastic and rather large compared to the pictures online. The yard was also bigger than anticipated which was great for playing corn hole and other yard games. The deck was terrific for everyone to sit on one of the supplied chairs and cast a line in the water. The fishing was great. We caught numerous catfish, small mouth, large mouth, bluegill, and carp right off the dock. My kids really loved catching 15 – 20 lb carp. Not the prettiest fish but fun none the less. The house is what many other people have stated. It is very roomy and offers several different seating areas so everybody has their own space when it is needed.. With 3 different families all under one roof we never felt like we were on top of each other. This was by far one of the most relaxing vacations we have had as a family and are grateful to Vicki and Craig for not only allowing us to stay in their home but for being very accommodating to my family."
