  • Peaceful Digs

"I was in a scramble to find a house for a girls weekend that didn't require a weeks stay and we found this gem! House and beds were nicely kept. Perfectly accommodated 10 people comfortably. Plenty of activities on site and close to downtown new buffalo and the wineries! Would stay again."

  • Perfect retreat

"We were so amazed by the tranquil setting and beautiful home. The house was so cozy with lovely decor. Everything was immaculate. We came with 2 babies and a four year old who just loved the book shelves filled with games and of course the room with all of the bunk beds. Besides the house being absolutely perfect, the setting is out of a magazine for this time of year. Very peaceful. Can't wait to come back here. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home."

  • River's Edge Cottage at Goldberry Woods

"This cottage worked wonderfully for our family! We had three couples and each couple had there own bedroom, that are very comfortable and spacious. We had 5 kids that slept in the bunk room on the other side of the cottage. It is very big bunk room with lots of extra space for the kids to play. We never felt crowded at all, because the layout is very open. It also has lots of dining space with a huge dining room and the screened in patio. We saved a lot of money on this trip by bringing our own food and using the grill and kitchen, and had smores over the fire pit. Julie and Eric are great hosts and provide a lot of extras like bikes, games, and canoes. The entire property is full of nature and is nice and private. It is also centrally located to so many activities from a day at the beach, to kayaking, Berry picking, wineries and breweries, antique shops, and even a casino. Lots of great ice cream parlors as well. Would highly recommend this cottage for a wonderful family vacation."

"We spent a beautiful weekend at Sanctuaire. It was everything advertised and more. The view of the lake from the property was spectacular. The house was well kept and comfortable. The owners were very responsive and helpful with our questions, interacting with us in a timely manner. It was a perfect getaway from the city. We would definitely return."
