  • Beautiful and relaxing

"Thank you so much. We have done so many great things so far this week. Close to New Orleans, great beaches , even hit Pensacola and toured the battleship in Alabama. Weather cooperated so not much rain( yes it did call for rain everyday but only rains a little bit). Perfect for families and friends. The house has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation."

  • Family Weekend

"Thank you to the Hawkins! We had a great weekend of relaxing and fishing at your place. It was very convenient launching the boat and leaving it in the water the whole weekend. House was roomy and comfortable also. Highly recommend to anyone that enjoys the water!"

  • Warm and Inviting

"This was our first trip to Bay St. Louis, and we had a wonderful time, thanks in part to our stay at the Kingham Cottage. It's very spacious and comfortable - you can tell right away that a lot of thought went into decorating both the inside and outside of the house. The guest book is filled with easy-to-follow directions and great dining suggestions. (I would also recommend going to the Visitor's Center in the historic Depot and pick up a map of the area - really helps you navigate your way around. You can actually walk to it from the house.) The cottage is also close to the beach and to Old Town - makes for a nice morning or afternoon stroll. This is the perfect place to stay if your dog travels with you: fenced back yard, lots of pet toys, doggie door, and an owner who shows her love for animals by all the little touches you find throughout the house. And if you don't have a dog, don't worry - the house is clean and fresh smelling, no funny odors or pet fur. Lots of work has gone into this place; you'll love the historic details coupled with the added modern conveniences. We highly recommend staying at the Kingham Cottage!"
