  • Location and Luxury

"Our third long stay at this unit quickly became a vacation home, with none of the obligation of a principal residence. Quality construction, quality furnishings, tasteful and imaginative decor emphasizing local art, many volumes of local lore and history; fine setting on Henderson Point. Only quibble is that master bedroom carpet needs replacing and woodwork trim, especially baseboards, need a good cleaning. We also replaced the coffeemaker, which went on the fritz on day one. That said, we will return."

  • This bijou property is furnished with everything you need.It is also spotlessly clean

"Everything worked, it is in a perfect location - across the road to the beach and a nice 5 minute walk to Pass Christian shops. Very quiet neighbourhood. If we are ever in this area again we would definitely return to this property."

  • Lovely historical house

"This is the second time that our family has stayed at this location. This house has so much charm and history. Our kids loved being able to stay on the screened porch without having to worry about bugs. The property is just a few blocks away from the beach and once you are there, you pretty much own the beach."

  • Perfect beach getaway!

"We just can't say enough positive about this property. It's one of the few rental properties on the Mississippi gulf coast that is directly on the beach, as most of the others are across Beach Blvd from the water. Even better, it's located at the far west end of the Gulf coast, in a very quiet area, so no crowd or traffic noise all night long. The pool is large, and has a really nice kiddie pool for small children. There are plentiful chairs and tables near the pool, and the owner has supplied beach chairs to carry down to the beach. In the courtyard by the pool are multiple propane grills to cook out, which is good since no one there appears to have a grill on their balcony. (It didn't really matter to us, since there are so many great restaurants nearby, we just ate out every night. We recommend Shaggy's and Bacchus on the Beach.) The beach here is really wide, and pretty much empty, which was a nice change from Destin or Orange Beach. The water is dark, being so close to the mouth of the Mississippi river, but that really didn't both us, and we loved listening to the sound of the ocean at night. Our son loved collecting shells, and could have picked up a bucket of them every morning had we let him. The condo itself: Very clean, well maintained, and quiet. Well appointed, and beautifully decorated. Kitchen is very well equipped, and has high end appliances. It's got a perfect view of the ocean, beach and sunsets, from the huge, wrap around balcony, with plenty of chairs, and tables. Bed was very comfortable, which is A Thing with us. The owner is very pleasant and a joy to work with, and was always available. We are already planning a return trip this summer!"
