  • Cozy apartment for a short stay

"The apartment is at the rear of a house that appeared to be another rental property. We had a little trouble finding it in the dark because there was no house number. The apartment itself if very cozy; it accommodated two adults and two terriers well. Everything seemed very new and was impeccably clean. We were a little disappointed that the apartment didn't have anything to start the fire pit (matches, lighter, etc. - note to future guests: bring your own), but otherwise it had everything we needed. Karin asked us to bring blankets if the dogs were going to sit on the furniture, which worked out well - and partly why it stays so clean, even with furry guests. The (gravel) backyard has only a very minimal view of the lake, so we didn't spend much time there. Also, fyi for first time visitors, the walk to the restaurants/town is along a busy highway. Overall, Karin was very responsive and helpful and the apartment was comfortable for a short stay."

  • Cute, quiet, perfect location!

"So happy with this bed and bath. It was right in downtown and we walked to everything while we were here. Right above a craft beer store but you would never know. Quiet, private, but amazing location. Right when we checked in the air conditioning was already on for us so it was nice and cool. The fridge was perfect to stock some beverages. The size was perfect for my boyfriend and I. The binder in the room is packed with information on good places to eat and different things to do. Our first night we went to Garwoods and sat outside right on the lake. It was amazing and the service was exceptional. I would highly recommend staying at this location. Holly was kind and helpful and ready to answer any questions."

  • This is a beautiful and spacious home in a great location on a beautiful, quiet lake.

"We totally enjoyed our brief (3 night) stay at this home on Great East Lake. The home is very spacious, with a nice combination of the original rustic cabin and a fully modern home attached to the rear. It all flows very nicely with plenty of room for guests and outdoor activities. The location is right on the waterfront of a pristine NH lake that is so relaxing and enjoyable. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at the nearby Wakefield Inn and several short trips to other nearby attractions. I would highly recommend this home."

  • Great cozy cabin

"My girlfriend and I stayed at the cabin for two nights in early October. The cabin was nice and clean, and it was very cozy. The screened porch is a great touch, and the outdoor area was great. There is a communal firepit outside, as well as a charcoal grill for each cabin. We had a great time!"
