  • We wanted to stay forever!

"We have stayed in other Seapointe units on upper floors, and I honestly wasn't sure how I would like staying on the ground floor. I have to say that NB219 was wonderful - the ground floor provided a spacious, private outdoor patio area, and gave the unit more of a "beach bungalow" feel, rather than a hotel feel. NB219 was very clean, and had all of the comforts of home. Little extras like a place to hang keys, handy towel hooks, TV channel listings on the coffee table, instructions & labeling, all made for an extra easy & comfortable stay. Lovely, homey & comfortable decor, with updated appliances & quality cookware. The view from the patio is awesome! Check-in, check-out was a breeze. Thanks Karen & Gerry, for sharing your beautiful beach condo with us!"

  • Great weekend stay

"We really enjoyed the beautiful condo. It was close to the indoor pool which my daughter loved since it was chilly in April. The condo was decorated beautifully and came with everything you need! Seapointe village is absolutely beautiful!"

  • Exactly like the photos!

"The property was just as described and looked and felt just like the photos! Jennifer was very quick to respond to all my texts and easy breezy to deal with. As a matter of fact she delayed her own girl's weekend so my family could have the place one more night- that really blew my mind. The walk to the beach was easy and beautiful. You could get private access to the conservation area by walking around the cool little beach bar. We didn't get to sample the bar as it was closed for the season but it really did look awesome! It was amazing to be on the beach right up against the dunes of the conservation area. The place was fully stocked with any pot pan dish you would need and the beds were comfortable! The only negative, as AT&T users we didn't have an ounce of service inside the condo (there is wifi of course so we hopped on that for texting, etc). In the pool/parking area we had 1-2 bars. Fortunately the owner provides a land line for emergencies (like the pizza delivery guy didn't have the gate code so we had him call when he arrived). It was great to be there with 4 kids ages 12-15 who were able to run back and forth to the beach on their own and I wasn't nervous at all! You are just under 3 miles to the Wildwood boardwalk and parking was only $10 there. A perfect mix of nature and boardwalk! All in all Jennifer was an amazing and attentive landlord and her property is just what you are looking for!!"

  • Beautiful and spacious condo

"This condo was perfect! Great location, spacious, clean and had a well equipped kitchen. Great restaurants near by. It was our second year staying at this condo and definitely would go back again. Highly recommend for all family types."
