  • A Wonderful Place to Stay!

"Linda, the owner, was a wonderful host and left many special touches such as a bottle of wine, coffee and tea to start our mornings, flowers on the table and many useful extras for cooking. All our needs were met and we felt as if this was our home away from home. Linda had excellent suggestions for our stay in Santa Fe and could tell us many interesting facts about the history of this historic adobe house. We will come here again if we are able to return to Santa Fe in the future."

  • Perfection.

"Santa Fe is a great walking town and this home is located in both a great location to access the downtown area as well as offer a quiet location for family/friend time. Sandra was highly responsive to pre-arrived communications and Justin took care of all our questions and needs once we were in town. He offered lots of local info to help make our stay perfect. Tip: Lots of UBER in town if you want to forgo the rental car but you will be hard pressed to hail an Uber at the airport in Santa Fe and will have to fork over $21.00 per person to take the shuttle into town- your only option. Depending upon your length of stay, there is lots to see outside of Santa Fe that would make getting a rental car a good option, so would recommend looking at that closely. Ask Justin about Meow Wolf and of course, Canyon Road is a must."

  • Beautiful spacious yet cozy house in a perfect location

"My husband and I just checked out and we are already homesick for Casa Cody - we've never been more sad to leave a vacation rental! This was the first time that my expectations of a rental have been totally exceeded. The house and rooms are much bigger than I expected based on the photos. The skylights, particularly in the kitchen, bring in so much natural light. The layout is great - the two bedrooms are at opposite ends of the house, separated by the kitchen, dining room, and living room, so this house would be perfect for families or friends who want to stay together but also want to have a bit of privacy. The kitchen is really well-appointed, including lots of food items and spices we were not expecting, but were really happy we didn't have to purchase for our stay, and the double ovens came in super handy for Thanksgiving! All of the furnishings were high quality, and the bed in the (huge!) master bedroom was very comfortable. The location is fabulous - close to Canyon Road, about a mile to the Plaza, and close to several trail heads for hikes with amazing views of the city. Everything was so clean when we arrived, and there was firewood waiting for us to use in the two fireplaces. The house was decorated for the holidays with luminarias - so beautiful and charming! The one minor downside was the hot water during showers was not consistent (though it seemed better if I adjusted the water pressure to be relatively low), but I think, based on my conversations with the property manager, that will be fixed in the near future. We would be thrilled to stay here again in the future!"

  • We had a wonderful time. It's a great rental.

"We have rented happily at 540 Alto Street for many months at a time on successive years. We loved it! Jeannine is a very responsive and delightful landlady. The home is well stocked, particularly the kitchen which has beautiful dishware, plenty of cabinet space and lovely views to the outdoor patios and outdoor fireplace. Because of the surrounding adobe walled courtyard, it is a very quiet home, despite being close to the Guadalupe/Railyard District and the Plaza. Very dog friendly! We spent many very enjoyable times in this convenient and fascinating neighborhood, and entertained frequently. All our guests loved being there."
