  • Beautiful apartment, gracious host, excellent location

"I am delighted to know about this lovely studio apartment in Chelsea. The interior is impeccably clean, tastefully and comfortably furnished, with a newly renovated bathroom. I drove to NYC, and Michael generously made advanced arrangements at the closest garage, where I parked my car. This was particularly appreciated as I arrived after a massive snow storm, when parking is hard to find in Manhattan. The apartment is a block from the C and E lines, so it is easy to go uptown to theaters. There is a large Whole Foods 2 blocks away, and it is in the heart of a great gallery district. I hope to stay here again."

  • In the heart of Chelsea

"Five stars! This was a great place to stay. We so enjoyed the comfort of really being home away from home especially after being out all day. The apartment is spacious with lots of light and very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was fully equipped. Location is wonderful on a quiet street, yes in New York City. There is a Whole Foods two blocks away that provided our food essentials and take out. Two bedrooms and two baths allowed us to include our daughter who took the train into the city, for a couple of nights. There is even a washer/dryer in the apartment which made life easy. Mario Ros, the resident manager, was so helpful whenever we had questions and was a fountain of information re: the city. We would stay there again. The apartment accommodates four people. Good to know: there is no elevator. :) Worth the walk up."

  • Great location and clean apartment, no elevator so not really good for lugagge

"In general it was very nice, the apartment was clean and the location is great, the bad thing is that there is no elevator you you have to go up 5 floors each day, there is a window in top of the bed that you can't close so the sun in really uncomfortable in the morning and the AC is loud and not very good. But everything else was really nice, good service and an ok size for a studio"

  • Worth the Stay

"A cute & quite homely pad. There was a good ambience to the place; It was roomy& bright. 34 th St can get noisy at night so this the main drawback. Other than that Eric was very helpful& accommodating, the location is VERY convenient in between Chelsea& Hell's Kitchen."
