  • Perfect for families and pets

"If you have the opportunity to rent Ocean Interlude the week of the rising full moon – you will not want to leave or you will want to be there each month for that special viewing. Even with a large group each lookout patio will enjoy the full view of the majestic moon rising over the ocean and by the following week will be rewarded by the setting moon for those who enjoy early mornings. As a vacation location the design and layout is perfect for an intimate couple getaway or a full blown family gathering – best of all pets are welcomed – so do make every effort to teach them how to care for their inclusion. We enjoyed the bright and colorful décor and the comfort offered in all the rooms – we found the house spoke to a home – albeit a beach home – lovingly cared for. No doubt we will return often bearing in mind to meet the moon."

  • Amazing view, loved the condo!

"My family of 4 just left this wonderful condo!! It exceeded my expectations!! Clean, and I loved how it was decorated. The beach is right there, the view beyond amazing. You can hear the waves from the bedroom and living area. I am in the kitchen and can see the ocean. my kids loved the bunkbeds. All of your sand toys, boogie boards, chairs, etc right outside door. The temp was perfect inside. The pool was great. Close by was grocery store for when we ran out of toilet paper, trash bags, and stocked up on food. Coffee pot was great, and the dishes plenty as well pots pans. It was quite, we couldn't even hear anyone else. We can't wait to come back. I got up at 6am and walked to beach and watching the sunrise was gorgeous. We also enjoyed 2.5 hr trip to Myrtle Beach. Oh, and at night my kids loved watching the crabs..bring a flashlight. We drove 20 hrs here and worth it. You have 3 flights of stairs which was no problem for me and my family, but my mother in law didn't like it lol."

  • Pearl by the Sea lives up to High Expectations!

"Our family of 12 had a relaxing and wonderful time at "the Peatl". The property is so well appointed. The beds were each amazing and we have some picky family members! The views are spectacular from the porches or the great room, dining and kitchen area. All the beach toys you need are provided. They even provided spices. Very new and well maintained- spotless. Great customer service- we had the wrong code for the tennis courts. Our family appreciated the pool and tennis. Everything was in working order. We enjoyed a day in Wilmington- harbor cruise then battleship for the guys and shopping for the girls. Locally lots of restersunts to chose from. Check out the mini golf with the live DJ- 80s night! Loved the jet skis to rent nearby. Don't forget Fractured Prune doughnuts! Highly recommend !"

  • A Wonderful Place

"We were there the 3rd week in September, eleven (11) of us, and we had a wonderful time. The view from the house was absolutely great. We were able to witness the catch, tag and release of a 12 ft 2 in Hammerhead shark the one evening and that's when I was told by some that this was their best vacation ever. Since it was late in the season we were starting to believe that we would not get the opportunity to see any dolphins, but we did get to see some going by our last evening there. We celebrated my husband's 70th birthday that week with most of our family there. And we did go to the "Steeler" bar on Sunday and got to see the Steeler's win over Cincinnati! Again, an absolutely wonderful week. We do hope Ben's house survived the storm caused by Hurricane Michael."
