  • Wonderful house in a great location

"Never-Ending View is a very comfortable, clean, well-maintained and well-appointed house definitely worthy of a 5 star rating. It felt like we were guests in a friend's home rather than just another group of vacationers in a rental house. We were happy to find a kitchen adequately stocked with decent equipment for preparing and serving meals to a houseful. The top deck offers a choice of shade or sun and is spacious enough for everyone to relax and enjoy the lovely view and sea breezes. Just a few steps across the road and over the dunes and you're on the beach, which was pleasantly uncrowded during our stay in mid-Sept. The roomy outside shower was especially useful for returning from the beach with sand-covered kids in tow. We were very happy with our stay at Never-Ending View and would definitely consider renting this property again. **One thing to note is that the bedroom descriptions/photos have not been updated to reflect what could be a fairly significant factor depending on the makeup of your group: there are 4 bedrooms each with a queen bed (no bunk beds as shown on the website) and a ground floor bonus room with a Murphy bed and bathroom."

  • BEAUTIFUL HOME TO ENJOY!

"As a family we decided to take our first trip away on Thanksgiving week. Steve and Lori's home is beautiful decorated. There wasn't one thing we needed. They seemed to have everything a person could want or need. The home was also very comfortable with plenty of room for all of us. The kids enjoyed the games and the books provided. We spent days walking the beach for sea shells, flying kites, napping, and cooking and may I say while I watched the waves of the ocean. Some mornings we woke to see the sunrise and the fishing boats with dolphins usually trailing behind. I cant say enough nice things. Steve was also amazing to work with! Thank you Steve and Lori!"

  • Best Family Beach Vacation Home!

"Our family of 9; seven adults and two toddlers, spent a week in September in this wonderful home. Communication with Cheryl from beginning to end was flawless. She goes out of her way to make your experience special. The home is large, well-appointed, with all the necessities (in fact, I over-packed!). We did order our linens from Sunsational Rentals, and they were waiting for us upon arrival. There were plenty of dish towels, blankets, etc. With everyone having their own space/room, we never felt cramped or on top of one another. I did bring a baby gate to keep the littles from wandering near the staircases. The home is very clean and well-cared for, we treat rentals as we would our own home...and this could easily be considered home. The walk to the beach was easy; we did bring our own collapsible wagon as Cheryl had told us that the home's wagon had bit the dust. The beach chairs and boogie boards are provided. We grilled out most every night. Evenings were spent on the deck, listening to the waves and watching the sky. You can also sit in the screened-in porch and get a different vibe from the sunset over the Intrascostal area. We have vacationed in North Topsail before; but with littles this was a different type of vacation. We did go to the Seaview Pier; the food is mediocre, but walking out on the pier is a necessity ($1.00 a person). We enjoy going into Surf City and Topsail Beach for shops and occasional lunch. The island has plenty of playgrounds that our grandsons loved. A short walk from the house to the Firehouse enabled the older grandson to sit in and 'drive' a firetruck. All of us agreed that we would love to come back here!"
