  • Great location and price!

"This has been our second trip to Topsail and we've stayed in this house both times. Best value compared to other houses nearby. The decor in this house is super cute, shabby chic style. House is very clean and there is much attention to detail. Great vacation spot, lots to do close to this house - very convenient to restaurants, shops but still off the beaten path. Highly recommend!"

  • Fantastic, clean home in North Topsail Beach

"We loved our stay in this home. To start off, the home was super-clean! This is important to us and this is the cleanest beach home we've ever stayed at -- thank you to the owners and Treasure Realty. This North Topsail home is located in a quiet area and the beach was not crowded at all (unlike other areas of Topsail). This particular home is very close to the community pool as well, probably one of the closest homes to it actually. The home was well-stocked, had great deck space (a good bit of it under shade), good amount of seating indoors and out, and nicely decorated. The King and Queen rooms were spacious. We really appreciated the wifi and nice laundry machines. And, to top it off, both the main and top floors had gorgeous views of the beach and the sound. It was 5 mins to the Food Lion supermarket and the few restaurants Snead Ferry offers, and about 30 mins from Jacksonville which has tons of restaurants. To be fair and balanced, the kitchen is on the small side and the mattresses could use replacing. But, this home had everything we needed for a great, relaxing week at the beach. Would we rent it again? Definitely :)"

  • Clean, comfortable, and convenient

"This condo is exactly as, if not better than, advertised. There was plenty of room for the five of us and we had a great time. The beds and other furniture were comfortable and everyone slept well. The location of the unit is such that it's convenient to pool and ocean, and as someone else said, not so close that you feel you're right on top of the pool. From the balcony I could spot my family on the beach, and when I turned to my left, I could see a bit of salt marsh on the sound side of the island as well. The kitchen is well stocked and user-friendly; we were able to make our Double Cheese Baked Penne one night and it came out just fine. There is also a plethora of various coffee mugs for that morning cup of joe. For non-beach time, there are several games, puzzles, and books in drawers in the living room. We had a fairly-competitive game of Monopoly going there for a while. When it's time to head downstairs or make your way up to the unit, as was advertised, Building 2's third (read: least used and therefore most quickly acquired) elevator is only several steps away from the door. Lastly, Rich is conscientious, courteous, and communicative, and has been a pleasure to deal with. This one deserves five stars for sure."

  • "Perfect" Cousins' Reunion location

"I LOVED all the windows! The placement of the windows in almost all the bedrooms allowed a view of the ocean. :) The windows in the bathrooms need some covering though. I would highly recommend this house to others. The close proximity of the beach was a plus. We never found how to turn the lights on the elevator, but the elevator worked GREAT and was much appreciated! I suggest replacing or mending the area rug in the dining room as the edging could trip someone. We DAILY enjoyed all the furniture on the deck for eating and relaxing. The "directions" for recycling and trash bins was confusing. The directions in the contract were different than the ones posted in the kitchen. We checked the N. Topsail website and found even different directions---we followed them though and our trash and recycling was picked up successfully. :) I liked having the eating and living room areas in the middle of the house with bedrooms above and below--equal distance for all. Instructions in each bedroom for TV/Remote, etc. would be helpful. Also, paint or tape the last step on each level since the last step blends in with the landing. The location was good for grocery and pier. Towel rods in the kitchen and more in the bathrooms would have been beneficial. The bright orange cushions on the deck made it easy to find our house when walking on the beach! :) A supply of extra light bulbs, or have house cleaners check light bulbs, would have been good. I didn't want to bother maintenance for just a few light bulbs. There were 16 adults in the house for one week and not one of us felt "crowded", unless too many of us tried to get in the refrigerator at the same time. ;) Thank you again for a WONDERFUL Cousins' Reunion from 9 different states--from NV, NE and CO all the way across country thru IN, to SC, FL, VA, MD, NC. Since we had some coming from so far, we really appreciated your reasonable rates too. Blessings!"
