  • Awesome family friendly home

"We had an amazing wonderful Christmas! There was plenty of room for everyone and very homey feel. Tons of amazing touches, we really can't say enough good things about this home. Absolutely breathtaking views and tons of extras"

  • Peaceful retreat

"I recommend this cabin for a peaceful getaway. Cabin is clean with a nice size TV to watch movies, hot tub and pool table. Mountain biked daily at Tsali which was only a 15 minute drive. The NOC was only 10 minutes or less from the cabin were we ate breakfast daily. Bryson city is only a 15 minute drive from the NOC where you can stop at the brewery, dine at a few restaurants, or take a train ride through the mountains. You can also pick up the Appalachian trail on either side of the river at the NOC. The owner; Linda was kind and available for questions. You won't be disappointed."

  • Stayed the Entire Month of October with Friends & Family Stopping by to Visit

"We returned a year later to enjoy the entire month at Buffalo Creek Lodge. Beau always makes us feel like part of the family. We watched the construction of Buffalo Trace above the Lodge. We spent the majority of our time relaxing on the property, enjoyed "Supper 3, several Supper 7's, and even a Supper 10 at The Pointe for Liar's Club II. Those who have been here know what this means. Side trips this time included Waynesville, Sylva, Mingo Falls at Cherokee, and then Pisgaw Forest to view Looking Glass Falls and Sliding Rock Falls, with a lunch stop at Hawg Wild BBQ. Lots of turkey, deer, and elk in the Smoky Mountains National Park. Great hiking trails and trout fishing. We see something new each year we return. We will return for October 2017."

  • Excellent views, kid friendly

"This cabin has outstanding views of the mountains from the enclosed porch on main floor with ample space and seating. There were toys available and children's books for our small children making our packing even lighter. The road to cabin from the paved main road is gravel and has two steeper turns during the climb up to the cabin with did fine with front wheel drive car and front wheel drive light SUV with driving slow during our summer visit. I feel 4 wheel drive would be needed during winter weather. Would stay again!"
