  • Perfection!

"My wife and I just finished a weekend of solitude in this charming cabin! The views off of the back porch were stunning. The cabin was very clean and well kept. Bryson City is a charming little town with, delicious food and some funky stores to shop in. It is a gateway to the Smokies, and also right next to the Cherokee Reservation. Which is the other southern entrance to the park. What fun we had in our short stay here. The hot tub was very nice to sit in after a long day of hiking. Can't wait to come back!"

  • Beautiful and Relaxing with Fantastic Long Range Views

"Our family had a great Spring getaway to Bryson City and our new favorite cabin getaway - Mountain Magic. The pictures are accurate reflections of the property and it is very clean and well maintained including the hot tub which we really appreciated and enjoyed every day of our visit. The cabin is open and airy and well stocked with amenities including his and her bath robes. Kathleen was great to work with both before and during our visit. The cabin is easily accessible with paved roads all the way to the cabin yet still offers fantastic long-range views of the surrounding mountains. If you like rest and relation, you may never venture beyond the area near the cabin. However, if you do decide to check out the surrounding areas, there is plenty to do in the Nantahala Gorge area, the Nantahala Outdoor Center (NOC), tons of hiking trails, and a delightful small downtown area nearby in Bryson City with a number of good restaurants and plenty of shops. The people in town were warm and friendly which we found refreshing."

"This cabin was nothing less than perfect. The view, the woodwork, everything was amazing. The beds were very comfortable. The fireplace provided us warmth for our whole stay. We did have a small snowstorm on the mountain, which provided some difficulty leaving on Sunday morning, but nothing that the average SUV couldn't handle. The view seemed as if it went on forever. There was ample room for the 6 people in our party to move around comfortably. The grill allowed us to have a tasty steak dinner during our stay. When we arrived to the cabin, we discovered the hottub wasn't working correctly. The owner was able to be contacted immediately and had a repairman out the very next morning to have it looked at. The hottub needed a part to be repaired that wouldn't be able to be delivered during our stay. The owners were very apologetic, and did everything in their power to make it right. Acceptional service from the owners. We will DEFINITELY be back!"
