  • Another great visit!

"Thanks Robbie and Dale for your generous hospitality, and for making this 3rd visit another fantastic trip into the mountains! Our many adventures will not be forgotten, as everything was wonderful! We appreciate all you did for us, and the highlight, as usual, was the actual time spent in the cabin, as well as time spent with you two. Can't ask for anything better!! Looking forward to another visit already! Thanks, Chris & Alyce"

  • Perfect weekend getaway!

"My friends and I stayed here for two nights in July and couldn't have been happier! The location to Nantahala and Lake Fontana couldn't be more perfect. Bryson City isn't far of a drive either for a night out. The cabin is adorable. AC units in the bedrooms, comfy back porch, and the cabin was stocked with all the basic necessities. Thank you again Adrienne and Joel!"

  • Excellent Cabin

"The cabin is beautiful with amazing views of the mountains. Very clean and well equipped (even with firewood!). Our family had a wonderful time and enjoyed the hot tub, firepit and hanging out in this cozy cabin. Spacious kitchen which is a plus for me because we like to cook. Plenty of space for our family of four with room for more. Our boys enjoyed playing outside in the parking area with their remote control cars as well as playing the Wii. Owners were friendly and wonderful with booking our stay. We definitely hope to return again!"

  • Great cabin, a little hard to get to

"My family of 5 stayed a week and loved the cabin. The AC worked great and the layout is perfect for family time. Open kitchen, dining room and living room was nice and the sofas were comfy. Satellite TV worked great. The jacuzzi was nice (it was dirty upon arrival but we advised Tina and she had it cleaned the next day). The layout is nice with two identical masters on the ground floor each with a nice bathroom. The wrap around porch has nice rocking chairs, a picnic table, and a nice grill. Our biggest issue was the driveway. It is long, unpaved and VERY steep. I really had to gun my two-wheel drive vehicle at the base of the hill to make it up and I honestly believe that if I were to have lost all momentum halfway up, there would have been a good probabilty that I would have been unable to continue the climb from a standstill. But with a 4 wheel drive vehicle I would have been much more comfortable. I was happy to disconnect from the world: att has intermittent signal at the cabin and while there is a wifi router to which you can connect, we were not able to pull up a single web page over the course of the week. Lastly, we really enjoyed the town of Bryson City and the surrounding area."
