  • House was very appealing at first sight. Driveway is steep, but well worth the spin.

"We were here for my birthday and annual brother/sister gathering. House was great for family bonding. Was labeled well for convenience of knowing what switch did what. Would definitely recommend this property for anyone wanting to bond. Love this area of Gods country!!!"

  • Wonderful Weekend Stay

"What a wonderful spot for our Anniversary Weekend Getaway! Cozy is a great word for this cabin. It was just the perfect size for the two of us. It was very clean and it had everything that we needed (except we forgot to bring bar soap so had to pick that up when we were in town). It was quite cool outside but the little heater that was provided worked great! It is in a very quiet, remote area but not too far to get back into Franklin! We would definitely stay here again!"

  • Excellent Getaway

"My boyfriend and I stayed here for just one night - a last minute getaway. The cabin was immaculate! Everything was there that we needed, even condiments in the fridge. Nice secluded cabin, so we spent a lot of time out on the porch. The hummingbirds put on a great show for us!! They buzzed by us on the porch and we had a great time watching them. We saw one deer as we were coming down the driveway. We went to the grocery store upon arrival, only about 10 minutes away. We cooked dinner, breakfast and lunch in the cabin. It was so cozy, once we got there, we didn't want to go back out. Grill was on the back porch, so we grilled steaks and ribs. We didn't even go upstairs, other than to look and see what was there. The cabin would sleep two upstairs in twin beds, and has a pull out couch in the living room. Master bedroom has a queen sized bed. Trinda is super easy to work with and very helpful. Communication was great! We will definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great weekend getaway!!"

  • A River Runs Through It

"Most beautiful stretch of the Little Tennessee River for miles! Perfect for those that love to fish and play in and near the river. The cabin is very cozy and comfortable and appropriately decorated with bear and fishing art throughout. It is well stocked with everything you could possibly need except food. Franklin is less than 30 minutes away if you need groceries and a convenience store is 10 minutes. The large common area is beautifully maintained. It is a good aerobic workout to scale the steep slope to the cabin from the river and a nice walk along the river and and community road for those who like the exercise (me). For those that don't (my husband), it's a short drive down the hill to the river. Dave and Victoria were very helpful and friendly. We hope to return again when the trout are plentiful!"
