  • Excellent Getaway

"My boyfriend and I stayed here for just one night - a last minute getaway. The cabin was immaculate! Everything was there that we needed, even condiments in the fridge. Nice secluded cabin, so we spent a lot of time out on the porch. The hummingbirds put on a great show for us!! They buzzed by us on the porch and we had a great time watching them. We saw one deer as we were coming down the driveway. We went to the grocery store upon arrival, only about 10 minutes away. We cooked dinner, breakfast and lunch in the cabin. It was so cozy, once we got there, we didn't want to go back out. Grill was on the back porch, so we grilled steaks and ribs. We didn't even go upstairs, other than to look and see what was there. The cabin would sleep two upstairs in twin beds, and has a pull out couch in the living room. Master bedroom has a queen sized bed. Trinda is super easy to work with and very helpful. Communication was great! We will definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great weekend getaway!!"

  • Fourth of July Trip

"Recently visited Wildflower Cabin 3. First let me say the cabin is beautiful, secluded and kept very clean. And, Jeanette was a pleasure to work with. However, there are a few things that made the stay less than perfect. First, the air conditioning was not working on the top level. Although Jeanette was quick to get us a window air conditioner, it was quite uncomfortable for the room on the adjacent side of the home. Second, the day we arrived we found out that the bathrooms were not working at the clubhouse. And, it turns out, that they did not work for our entire stay. Third, the pictures on VRBO show a firepit on the property, which is correct. What they neglect to tell you is that you have to share it with the folks in Cabin #2, since it is in the middle of the two homes. Never got a chance to use it. Lastly, when we took our first shower in the Master Bath on the main floor, it leaked into the downstairs bedroom onto the night table where one of our guests had an ipad. For these reasons, I cant give it a 5-star rating."

  • Perfect in Every Way!

"This property is beautiful, clean, spacious and has a gorgeous view from the deck! So peaceful and private. You could not ask for anything more......and I am picky. Owner Nancy is easy to work with and makes it all super nice. We had 9 in our group (girls getaway), but house could have supported more with NO overcrowding. Thank you Nancy for a more than perfect vacation. PS.....it will be absolutely fantastic this fall as the leaves change. Jody"

  • 1st time trip to the Smokies

"We found the cabin exceptional. Clean, modern, nicely furnished, having everything you need for an extended stay. Spectacular view from a wide comfortable deck with a swing and rockers. Beautiful sunsets. Small table to eat a meal at any time of day. Enjoyed watching the bird life and the variety of butterflies feeding on the butterfly bushes below the deck. Owner and his local rep very helpful. Area full of things to see and do. Mountain air clean and invigorating."
