  • Absolutely Winderful

"This is the perfect Cabin in the perfect location. We wanted seclusion but close to Asheville and were surprised with this town of Weaverville only 10 min from Asheville. This little town has a beautiful downtown with great places to eat and shop along with the Blue Ridge Parkway a very short drive away. The cabin is at a Winderful location on a side of a hill and you can take a walk to the creek which is wonderful. Very high end cabin that is very warming inside. Does not feel like a vacation rental because it's not. The owners , which are local and very involved in Asheville put a lot of work into their cabin. Great Job!"

  • Clean, fully stocked, and a beautiful setting!

"We had an excellent stay at the Catwalk Cottage. We arrived late at night, but it was easy to locate and was lovely to have the lights, music, and heat on when we arrived. We were pleased to see they had everything we needed for a comfortable 3-night stay, from basic paper supplies, spices and cooking oil to towels, sheets, and extra blankets. They even had a small crockpot, which was a real treat and let us go out to enjoy our day but come home to a meal ready to go. We made good use of the grill the following night as well. The location is beautiful and relaxing, and though it was a bit cold for us to enjoy being outside, we enjoyed the views through the windows. The beds were very comfortable, and there was plenty of space for the four adults, my daughter, and my infant (who slept in the pack-n-play we brought). Our hosts were friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and they include numerous local magazines and pamphlets of the area and things to do in the home. Access to local stores is easy, and it's located within a reasonable drive to just about everything we'd want to do or visit in the Asheville area. Check-in and check-out were both a breeze, and we were simply thrilled with our stay. We will be back in the future!"

  • Seclusion And Relaxation

"I must say staying at the Mariah was exactly what me and my wife were looking for, seclusion and relaxation. It was fabulous to get away to a beautiful mountain retreat for labor day weekend from the hustle and bustle of life/work in the big city. No one bothered us,well except for a small furry friend (raccoon) who came around outside at night for my wife to play This two bedroom cabin was clean and everything was included. The owner Mary was great, friendly and courteous. Anything we asked she was readily available to provide it to us. The only thing me and my wife said was that we wished we had a bigger TV in the Other than that everything was wonderful. We will definitely stay here again.Thank you Mary for making our experience memorable."
