  • Great accomodations! The cabin was in a great location, very clean, well equipped and comfortable.

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cabin and would recommend it to anyone who is considering a stay in Caldera Springs. The area was quiet and within a short walking distance to the clubhouse and pool. The kitchen is well-equipped so it was nice to prepare a few of our meals and enjoy a relaxing dinner in. Next time we would take our own bikes, since bikes are not included in this rental."

  • Clean and cozy!

"The townhome was just the right size for us for a conference we were attending at Sunriver. Loved the location and the proximity to its own area of shops. Condo had everything we needed and parking was close, neighbors were friendly. Would stay there again!!"

  • Wonderful Home in Caldera Springs

"We had the pleasure of staying here for 5 nights with my extended family. It's a beautiful home with a great layout. The kids had their own space in the kid loft and each set of adults had an en suite retreat of their own. It's immaculate with comfortable beds, linens and towels. It's a easy walk or bike ride to the pool which is a plus with older adults and younger kids. My dad was in a wheel chair and found getting around the main floor to be very easy. We have been to Sunriver many times and wanted to try Caldera and we were not disappointed! It's a new experience even for those who know Sunriver really well. I recommend the house highly but a few things to note: we found the "grill" to not really be a grill or cook like one which was disappointing and caused us to have a very late dinner one night after trying to cook a whole chicken! Also, this home is one of only a few in Caldera that do not have the ability for guests to use the golf course OR the water sports amenities at the lake house (i.e. kayaks, canoes, paddleboards). All in all a great vacation and a wonderful home!"

  • nice luxury home

"The house was very nice, clean and everything worked. The only complaints I would have is no one was able to tell me they had a pack n play so we hauled ours up and they had one,. We really need a second refrigerator for food for a week and they only had one side by side frig and a wine frig. The way the house faces the sun pours into the kitchen the AM and you need sunglasses on a bright day in the house. There are no blinds on the very top row of windows and it is hard to block out the sun. It would be nice to have 2 coffee makers for a house that size- there is only one. Close walk to the Lake house was very nice and no construction in the immediate area so it was quiet. While there is no fencing, there is no water in the backyard for a child to wander into. We put our 2 year old in the laundry room in his pack n play and that was a great set up. Would have been nice to have bikes with the house as well. The air conditioning had to be kept at 72 degrees but in the afternoon when it was warm- like 85 outside, the a/c could not keep up and the house temp would climb to 77degrees. Most afternoons we are at the pool so we could deal with it- but in CA we are used to the air working better.Thank goodness it's a one story home. It was always comfortable for sleeping."
