  • We were pleased with our stay at Cozy red camp.

"My husband and I stayed at the house with my son and daughter-in-law. The house was nice, cozy is a good name for the place. It has a good size kitchen equipped with everything you need. There is a dining area off the kitchen. The bathroom on the main floor is real nice, it has separate tub and shower, they provided towels, and wash cloths. The bedroom on the main floor was comfortable and a good size. It was also great to have a half bath in the upstairs, where there were several beds to choose from to sleep in. We went to the area to see elk and other wildlife and were not disappointed. We saw many, many elk on our evening drives. There were some elk in the yard a house away from this one. We also like to hike and there are thousands of state lands to do that on that are very close to the house. We also went to the Elk Visitor Center in Benezette, which is just a short drive away. It is very interesting. The owners of the home gave us good directions to find the house, and helpful information about the area. The owners responded quickly to questions I emailed them about, and gave us their contact information in case we had questions after we arrived. We recommend this place. Thank you. Rita Craft"

"This is a wonderful getaway. We came back for a reunion and were delighted to find The Cottage. High on a hill overlooking the town, beautiful views and peaceful location. We were lucky to also do the Historic Homes Event. A must to learn the history of this amazing town. The Cottage has everything you'd need. It was so clean and beautiful furniture. Laundry facility with storage room; kitchen has extra spices and coffee to tide you over until you shop. Dishes, pans, even wine glasses! Beds are very comfortable. We are so glad we found this place. The owner is very helpful if you need anything. We are already making plans to come back."

  • Weekend getaway

"We had a great stay at Treasure Lake. It was a beautiful house with something for everyone. The kids enjoyed playing and the adults enjoyed catching up. It was a perfect stay. Lots to do around the house but also a lot of exploring around the area as well. We explored a nature trail right in treasure lake area (with geocaches) and also took the kids to the Parker Dam State Park for the afternoon of hiking. The house was fully stocked too, so we didn't have to stress about remembering to bring everything. The kitchen has the essentials to prepare meals for the group."

  • Perfect Spring Break Getaway!

"I just recently returned from a 4 night stay in this beautiful home. The space was perfect for our large group, and I really appreciated having enough bathrooms and privacy for everyone. The pool table/ping pong was great to keep the kids entertained, and the décor is lovely. Photos don't do this place justice!Bimini Lake is only steps away and the large deck offers great outdoor living space. We visited the Elk Viewing Center and also went Kayaking in Ridgeway (about 20 minutes away) as everything at Treasure Lake was closed for the season. We saw a lot of deer, bald eagles and the kids also spotted a fox. A really quiet, private community - would highly recommend!"
