  • Spectacular views and comfort

"We had a great time here in September -- our second visit. The house is well-maintained, immaculate, and very comfortable. Every room has a spectacular view of the ocean which is only a few hundred steps away. We love relaxing on the patio watching the waves and walking on the rocky beaches. The nearby town of LC is beautiful and historic. Be sure to visit Evelyn's for good seafood, and The Commons Lunch for genuine RI johnnycakes. We hope to come back!"

  • Wonderful Stay

"Marianne and Bill were excellent hosts! The cottage is well maintained and clean. There was plenty of sleeping space for our family of 5. Location could not be beat. Just a short walk to the private beach."

  • contemporary and historical all in one

"A magical stay in the late 1800s with all the comforts and modern luxuries of 2016. Brilliantly renovated one room school house with charming farm stand two doors down. For those who love animals, there's a beautiful farm full of goats, ducks, chickens, peacocks, and a cute incredibly fat pig waiting to be spoiled with treats just behind the farm stand. We had so much fun!"

  • Fabulous place to stay on Block!

"My husband and I rented Lynn's way for our families to stay with us during the week of our wedding on Block Island. The house is huge! It was a great spot. There is a huge yard, and the house is on a relatively quiet street not too far our of town. It was quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything we needed. The house is stocked with anything that you might need during your stay. The linen package made it super easy to accommodate all of our guests for a night. The property itself is beautiful- the front porch is so relaxing. The front yard is large, and perfect for relaxing in the hammock or any type of outdoor games. The deck on the second floor is also a great spot and you can see the water from up there. This house was absolutely perfect for us and our families. If I could give it 10 stars I would. Suzann and Frank were responsive and accommodating and I can't wait to go back!"
