  • Perfect Location, Perfect Screened in Porch

"The house is warm and full of Southern charm. The interior is rustic, but the kitchen and bedrooms have been largely updated. The location of the house was wonderful - away from all the hustle and bustle, but still easy accessibility. We could walk along the beach to the Beach Club and to the Golf Club to catch the trolley to Harbortown. The beach and beach access were perfect. The pool was less perfect for small children (no real shallow area, only ladder entry and into pretty deep water), but my 9 and 13 year old nieces loved it (and my younger kids just wanted to be at the beach anyway). The screened-in porch was an absolute sanctuary from the brutal afternoon sun. We could lock it from both sides, and just let the kids play while we read or napped! We spent late evenings there, chatting after dinner, listening to the sound of the ocean. Absolutely idyllic! It was the perfect spot for a vacation with the extended family!"

  • Perfect House, Great Location and Everything you need is there!!!!

"This was the second year that my family stayed at this house and we were not disappointed either year. This house is perfect for families or large groups. Each bed room has its own private bathroom (all of which have been updated and are super nice)! The children in our group were pleased to see the addition of a few more TV's in the house. The kitchen is so well stocked with everything you need from large dishes, blenders, to spices and etc. The pool is perfect location and the deck and hammock are so wonderful and peaceful to take an afternoon nap in. The house even has extra beach toys, kayaks, boogie boards and beach towels in case you forgot to pack your own. Greg the property manager is super nice and very helpful! The only thing the teenage girls requested be added to the house is locking doors on the bedrooms."

  • A great vacation

"This is our third year here. There was a property management change which worried us as the old one was ALWAYS available - but the new was good. This house has three bedrooms upstairs and three downstairs (one of which has twin beds). There is a family room on each level so the kids and adults can be separate. TVs in all rooms with huge one upstairs. Hot tub, Pool and private bath to beach with deck on beach. We have come with my brother and sister and their kids every year. The cousins love it and either go biking all day or swim in the pool or the ocean (they have all met kids they see every year). It is a short walk to two of sea pines best golf courses. As noted by Bobby, lots of cookbooks and a great kitchen. Ground level entrance and table for eating downstairs if can't make the stairs up."

  • Wonderful HHI vacation

"We really enjoyed staying in 309 Beach Lagoon. The villa was really perfect for our family of four (two adults and two teens). The living and dining space was so large and open-very much like a family home, not just a beach condo. The baths and kitchen have all been updated from the pictures online so that was wonderful. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware, etc for cooking and grilling. Our favorite thing about this villa was the location. It is convenient to the beach (4 min walk), trolley stop, bike paths, Beach Club and the Ocean Gate. It is a very quiet part of Sea Pines."
